Didn’t really take too long to get my food the wedges are really amazing the floors could use a little cleaning but really warm and nice customer service.
I have come to this KFC multiple times in the afternoon, and the reason why I am writing this review is because I love the staff.
All the black ladies are very kind and warm with their voice and energy.
I appreciate it, whoever the owner is, please hire and retain more employees who understand elite customer service.

KFC, known for its consistent food taste, has a location on South Bronx's 3rd Avenue with mixed reviews. Some customers appreciate the fresh and well-cooked meals, especially when ordering through Ubereats. However, other visitors have had negative experiences due to the location's cleanliness and safety concerns, suggesting it is not a place to visit after dark. An incident involving unhelpful staff and unavailability of ready food has also been reported.
