The employees are disrespectful. They are nasty. They're not professionals the place is down there dirty there were flies flying over my food. There was no ice in the ice machine so I was very upset because I had to drink soda warm. At some point while I was eating my food, a fly ends up coming out of my bag of fries. This is very nasty and disgusting
I have come to this KFC multiple times in the afternoon, and the reason why I am writing this review is because I love the staff.
All the black ladies are very kind and warm with their voice and energy.
I appreciate it, whoever the owner is, please hire and retain more employees who understand elite customer service.
Good but my famous bowl came with no chicken and barely any food in it for $8
