“I go here every day at noon for a drink and some seafood. The waiter is really nice, and I love the taste of the food. It's my go-to spot for lunch breaks. In the evening, I bring my friends and family because this is my favorite seafood restaurant. They have happy hours with great prices, so it's best to come early and not miss out on the deal. While we had a blast, we misunderstood the bottomless brunch deal: on top of paying for an entree, you can get bottomless drinks for 90 minutes for 30 something dollars, which when you look at it you better be drinking A LOT for it to make financial sense, so be warned.“

Let me set the scene for ya'll... 35 of my closest friends, Game of Thrones themed decor & fits, cocktails that made everyone say "I drink and I know things" and the most fire food in the neighborhood... the party was a SLAY. Tali, the company's event coordinator, is the sweetest, most hard-working, and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to your event. She even went above and beyond to surprise me with a GOT themed menu by naming my cocktails after details of life. For example, she named the spicy margarita after my dog, "Kevyn the Kingslayer." COME ON! How amazing is that?!Speaking of cocktails... the incredible bartender, Olivia, bartended Red Witch magic with the amazing cocktails she made for everyone. She even dressed along with the theme, with her sword, serving vibes that was giving Night's Watch combined with Red Keep of the Bar. Everyone kept raving about every cocktail she made with style and care.When it comes to the food, The Bonnie always delivers, so of course my hopes were high for Charlie's. AND MY HOPES WERE MET! The ham and cheese toastie platter was delicious. The franks in a blanket were some of the best I've ever had. The beef sliders were a HUGE hit. And there were veggie options so we had the veggie quesadilla and the mac and cheese bites which were a crowd favorite.Overall, this party at Charlie's made me feel like Daenerys Targaryen on top of her Throne, like the Queen that was promised. “We visited on a Wednesday afternoon and it was bustling. I imagine weekend brunch is a whole vibe. The ambiance inside is inviting, warm and cozy (see photos). I appreciate the artwork, photographs and decor. It speaks to the rich heritage of Harlem and specifically to the area where the restaurant is located. There’s a decent amount of seating, some tables are closer to others than I prefer. However our table was perfect for me. You can make reservations which might be a good idea. There is also a good amount of outdoor seating. Visit their website for the policy regarding time allowed at table (to be able to accommodate more customers)… seems reasonable to me.Maia took good care of us. She was friendly, attentive without being intrusive and on point. She came back and checked on us although the restaurant was bustling as mentioned previously.There is a list of specials beautifully written on their board. With so many dishes I wanted to try… I must return (maybe for one of the live music events). I was intrigued by the fusion of food from different cuisines. I ended up ordering curry chicken sandwich with salad and plantain on the side. It was a good portion. I was full without feeling overstuffed. Definitely worth a trip to Harlem to check them out.“

However, I wish the garlic was slightly cooked or was a garlic butter so it was easier to get on the bread. You basically rub a garlic clove on the bread which really didn't get it too garlicky“

“Nonna Carola may now become my go to Italian Restaurant in all of Westchester. Great food, friendly hard working staff, timely service. Restaurant Manager Danny greeted us with a smile when we entered, came over twice during our meal to make sure all was well and I witnessed him bussing tables and pouring water throughout the restaurant. Needless to say he's a credit to the restaurant's professionalism. Bar was hopping the entire night so noise level is a bit on the high side and parking can be a challenge on a weekend night but in spite of these minor drawbacks, the restaurant is well worth the trip.“

“The guy at the bar was really great, even came up to our table to get us more water when he didn't need to. It is the perfect neighborhood bar to go listen to weird and creative bands in the area. Honestly just go to check out the fascinating bathroom situation.“

“Nice cozy dark place. The entrance to the restaurant was..interesting and the atmosphere is pretty dark. The food was great. We had the breakfast platter and the bacon tasted like pork belly. The pancake has more of a cake taste and was thick and airy. It was certainly a unique unexpected blend of flavors but good.“

I initially had not selected this work out of a group of 7 that Tenaja gave me to choose from. I thought I had already seen this on #AppleTv+. I selected Lone Woman, loved that, only to discover that, in reality, the series I thought I saw was not #The Changeling , it was M. Night Shyamalan's: Servant. The Changeling is a pounding thriller that will keep you guessing incorrectly from beginning to end. It will capture your attention with a rolling villain in all aspects of this real life/scifi/real life saga. Who is the bad guy/bad girl? Who should be arrested, hung, or given the Presidential Medal of Freedom? The question is: Who will make it? Is making it even an option? What is a win? Does "Happily ever after exist?It's worth stopping at The Lit. Bar to visit, read, drink, buy books that typical book sellers aren't selling. “Hot spot on Ditmars any given day of the week! My friend and I came on a Thursday for an embroidery class that was given by Caitlyn from Lemon water studios. The class was in the covered outdoor area in the back. It started at 6:30pm which meant that the sun started to set on us early on into the class and it kinda hindered our eyesight with the needle and thread embroidery business going on so we had to make use of little lamps that were given to us. Immediately, the bartender, Steven/Stephen, starts telling us about the place and it’s rich history. He was so kind and helpful the whole night. He made sure he connected with us for a great experience.We ordered espresso martinis, because obviously. They were INCREDIBLE. You can get it with or without Baileys which was nice. We even got decaf espresso. The level of sweetness was just right. The foam was foaming. They were truly a treat. 10/10. I also ordered a Tiramisu martini which came with a lady finger on top. This was a little stronger but still nice and creamy with great foam. 9/10.The food was absolutely DIVINE. He told us the food is made fresh because they don’t have a freezer..?!?!!? Impressive if true. We started off with the Arancini because they are my religion. Mouthwatering. The rice was perfectly cooked. The crispy outside was amazing. The flavors melded together well. 10/10. I had the Spicy Rigs. It was made with homemade pasta…!!!!!!!!!! I am not a pasta girly but when it’s homemade…consider me a pasta girly. The sauce was smooth and creamy. The tomatoes really came through. I wish the Calabrian chilis poked through a little more for more of a spice. However, the flavors were still balanced. 9/10.The vibes were immaculate! We got there about 7. A DJ started playing music around 9:30. It turned into a club vibe which was shocking. The music was blaring so it did become hard to hear each other. The music was still good though.They do have HH Monday - Friday which seems like really great deals on drinks/food.I would 100000000% come back here and recommend it to anyone. I hope to try their sister restaurant soon, Hudson Prime Steakhouse, which is the only steakhouse in Irvington apparently!!!For me to live in Westchester all my life and to not have heard of this place before is crazy! It was to our surprise that the kitchen was fully open after 10pm! My friend ordered the Salmon and I got the Ceasar salad which was very delicious, however, I regretted not ordering the mofongo. People that ordered around me had me craving it! The DJ was really good too; played old school music and currents ones. All the servers provided great customer service. What I liked the most was the crowd- it was almost empty and everyone was just living their best life dancing on their chairs and playing games. “I absolutely love Mazzy’s! Cheyenne (the owner) is a sweetheart, and so is everyone she employs. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. “This place has a lot of mixed reviews so I was ready for anything. I came here last night for a Game Night meetup, and I will most DEFINITELY return. First of all, it's not divey at all in my opinion. And I wouldn't say it's "small" either! Plenty of space, a variety of seating choices and a TON of outdoor dining space as well. A word of caution, the kitchen opens at 8pm, and since I showed up with my folks after work, I had to tell my stomach to be patient and wait until I could order food. Also, amazingly, Happy Hour lasts until 9PM, which is UNHEARD of, and Happy Hour drink prices are as low as $6-7, EVEN for specialty drinks. I got the Sex on the Beach (per other reviewer recommendations) and I LOVED it. You could BARELY taste the liquor, but BOY, was it IN there. Even my sister, who initially declined, was sipping me and my mom's drinks by the end of the night. Once 8pm hit, I got my lemon pepper wings and fries and both were delicious! Fry-lovers, their fries pass inspection. (Note: Food is not part of the Happy Hour specials). The vibe the whole night was super friendly, and the bartender was AWESOME. Everyone was down-to-earth, non-pretentious, nothing shady, just here to have a good time. Also, the music selection was old-school Hip-Hop and RnB and it was on POINT. It was a little empty when we arrived around 6:30, but by 9pm the place got pretty packed. We played Scattergories with some peeps and had a great time. Breakfast was so good we called back after the match for dinner.
