VERY juicy, red in the middle ( my favorite In my opinion), and also the after taste like when your done chewing is very flavorful depending on the red on the piece of steak. but... all the juice is stored in the red or the middle of the steak and when you pick it up and it gets inside your mouth all and I mean all the juice comes out in your mouth leaving with the steak... it has no more flavor from when the juice came out. “I came here for a beer tasting class with an invite from a friend. It was my first time at this establishment. Upon entering, it's a very nice place to be inside. It's clean, airy, new, and a very casual environment. I don't know what to call this. It's like a tap room with wine and beer and a package store where you can purchase these products also to take home. It's a great place to kick back, especially if you live in the neighborhood and have a beer or two. But I was here for the class and for the cost of the class which was roughly $30 it's a great deal It's approximately a 2 hour class that covers a particular style of beer and numerous samples fron different breweries. I was more than satisfied with the number of samples that we went through. It's a communal table, and everybody gets along and enjoys themselves. I believe it's on the first Thursday of the month. The person who gave the class his name is Rory if my memory serves me right and he did a great job. It was an enjoyable evening and I hope to come back again for it. The beer store is interesting, to say the least. There are many brews here. But most of them, you've probably never run across at your local beverage store. Come here if you want to try some new variations on styles and small release beers. Note that you can buy the beers that you might have at the beer class.“

Wood-fired, soft yet grilled crust, fresh mozzarella, really good tomato sauce, and generous with the toppings.
