“Went to my great nieces birthday and Baptism; Charlotte is 1 year old! Apparently, Wellington Grill is being rented as a special catering event location.
Very clean, lots of windows, 2 large rooms including a full bar on one side. A couple of areas for hors douerves and buffet or sit down dinner.
Food was amazing! You choose the menu!

I was a member of Willow Ridge Country Club for years and I know it was sold the town of Harrison but it is normally not on my radar for restaurants, but that changed last night the menu was fantastic and the prices were reasonable in this economy.The service was good and I know when people really learn about it I probably won't be able to get a reservation! “My best friend lives in Queens so she and I come to the Onion Tree every other Friday night. I wish this place was closer to me. I live in Yonkers. The food is superb, seasoned extraordinarily. The chicken is fresh, soft and cut into small bites. I always order chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, or chicken tikka pizza. I have never had food that I enjoyed this much and I have tried all foods all over the world. I never get tired of this place. And the food is served quickly and piping hot. They’re opening a second place in Manhattan. We’re getting closer to Yonkers!! The drinks are awesome too. Barbra and Louis work behind the bar. They’re friendly and great bartenders.“

“Excellent coffee shop on Long Island, come for the caffeine and stay for the community. We stopped by my mom’s favorite coffee shop mid-afternoon, because the family was trying to kill me with caffeine deprivation. The oat milk latte was carefully made and smooth and easy to drink. The interior is great, for a brief moment in time you are anywhere in the World with roll up garage doors, fooseball and a clean setting for evening entertainment. I’ll be back next time I’m visiting!“

“This place has become one of our local favorites since it opened. The menu has all kinds of interesting items and there's always something delicious for everyone in my family or friend group! The outdoor seating area is very nice as well. The only negative (if you can call it that), is they don't take reservation on the same day so plan ahead!“

“Very pretty wine bar in a historic house. Beautiful bar area which is where we were seated. Service was above and beyond. Very knowledgeable about the wines. Wine was excellent. Cheese board was also excellent excellent. We are vegetarian so asked if they could substitute more cheese instead of meat and they were more than willing. Very nice wine bar. Great experience.“

“The Snug and City Island Diner are true local treasures. They’re owned by the same wonderful people and share a kitchen, but each has its own vibe and hours — and together they’re unbeatable.

The fully loaded chili here is hands-down the best I’ve ever had. It’s rich, hearty, perfectly seasoned, and also shows up in their nachos, which makes them next-level comfort food.

One of my favorite things? They have a secret menu (no longer advertised) with specialty grilled cheese sandwiches and specialty hot dogs — and we absolutely love it. The Tuscan Melt (no onion) is perfection, and the Reuben Dog is unforgettable. With the hot dogs you get two, and you can mix and match styles, which is such a fun and generous touch.

At The Snug, my go-to drink is a black & tan, which pairs perfectly with the cozy, neighborhood pub feel. Over at the diner, my favorite dish is the Corned Beef Hash breakfast — classic, satisfying, and done exactly right.

Michael is the best owner in the world I ever met - so fun to be around and cares about the community. “We decided to return to this lounge for the second time because we enjoyed the first visit.This visit different but mostly fun nonetheless.We sat for maybe 5-10 minutes because the bartender finished her conversation to attend to us.During those 5-10 minutes we enjoyed the Karaoke that was two rum punches which was a whopping $30.That threw me off a bit because on our first visit we order 6 drinks total for $50.Anyway, the rum punches were good, one was STRONG, the other was sweet but you could still taste the liquor.We were then greeted by a second bartender who was more pleasant than the first and more welcoming.She asked questions and checked on us to make sure we were okay.The dj was good but you can tell he’s old school which is fine because the car attracts crowds off all ages.The regulars there participating in the karaoke had great voices, especially the men.I asked about a food menu but was told that the kitchen was closed, this was about 11:30pm Friday night.They recommended a food truck that was parked next to the building that was affiliated with the lounge.The bathroom was very clean and well kept.

“Stopped in on St. Patrick's day for dinner. Took a little time for a table but not bad. Place was packed, live band playing. Band took a break for a Celtic dance group to put on a show. As packed as it was it still was a reasonable time for service. Potato and bacon soup and a grilled cheese burger was great. Will definitely be back again.“
