“La La is a warm, friendly neighborhood taqueria in the heart of downtown Pelham and the tacos are superb. The owner is from Oaxaca and he knows his tacos! We eat there regularly and almost always order the special taco of the day. They are original, freshly made and bursting with unexpected flavors, often a delightful combination of creamy, spicy, savory and sweet. We just had the Cochinita Pibil taco and I think it was the best yet. The tortillas are also flavorful and tender.“

“Me and my daughter, enjoyed this restaurant so much during our Mommy and Me weekend! The atmosphere was laid back and quite relaxing. The service was superb and the food was so good, we had to order food to bring home. I would give this establishment 6 stars if I could. “It was a surprise to find this little restaurant in Harlem. There were no tables, and we took the last two seats at the bar. While we waited, I surprisingly felt at home. The aroma of the food, the care with which Karina prepared each of the dishes, and the kindness and joy they served us. By the time our table was ready, we didn't want to take it anymore; we ate much more than we planned to order because we didn't want to miss out on their delicious food. I have dietary restrictions, and I was surprised to see that everything from the exquisite tortillas to the delicious tres leches dessert was prepared right there, gluten-free and preservative-free. I hope to return soon.“

“Found this restaurant by accident on Friday and we love it! In fact, we went back Saturday for Churros and Sunday for dinner again. On Friday we had their Street Tacos and today we had their Tako Bowls! This may be a small place, but their flavors are not!! Amazing food and great portions! “I couldn’t get a picture of anyone’s food since we all dug in right away but the food here is amazing! We had their Birria tacos, a steak meal and a steak fajitas meal—chef’s kiss! They were very kind, welcoming and family oriented here. The place is small, I will say, it’s way smaller than I expected but nonetheless, we were quickly seated and the music was good the entire time. This was a memorable experience , thank you!“

“Wow! Great Mexican in the least likely deli on a quiet side street. Extensive menu of tacos and burritos with delicious breakfast burritos (we tried 3) and huevos rancheros. When we ordered a side guacamole with chips, the manger pulled out a freshly made one from their deli’s fridge. Good strong coffee too and all we could manage at breakfast for $15 each! A few two-top outdoor tables and a big family style one in the middle of the deli. Great foodie find and a quality Mexican market if you like to cook at home.“

Came in on a whim- I really needed food and really needed a place to sit for a bit.
I came in and was greeted with such lovely service!
I got the Cemitas with breaded chicken and WOW!!! The entire sandwich was constructed to perfection with the right amount of all the ingredients. Very balanced sandwich. And the workers were all so kind!!! I really enjoyed my meal, the service, the music - everything!

And he told me he makes everything fresh! He let me try his soup today- phenomenal flavor 👏🏻
