Great food. Manny is the best. Awesome service.
So happy I decided not to go home and cook. I live close by and wanted to try this restaurant for so long. I finally did it.
I had the tortilla soup and the flautas. And of course chips with salsa and guacamole. Everything was delicious!
Staff was super friendly and attentive. Ambiance is very nice and the music… I was singing and dancing waiting for my food. Loved it!!
Had the best food today,,impressed. 😋😋

VEGA Mexican Cuisine is a restaurant in Hartsdale that has stayed good through all of it. The food tastes like someone in the kitchen cares. The churrasco has tender meat and fresh sides, and the whole plate is balanced. The diablo margarita has real heat that does not take over the drink. The guacamole is made fresh, and the tacos have actual flavor. Kids devoured the tacos without complaint, and the churros were gone in under a minute. The margaritas are handcrafted, and the bar is not an afterthought. This place is the real thing.
