“Found this restaurant by accident on Friday and we love it! In fact, we went back Saturday for Churros and Sunday for dinner again. On Friday we had their Street Tacos and today we had their Tako Bowls! This may be a small place, but their flavors are not!! Amazing food and great portions! The entire staff from front and back of house are very friendly. So glad we found them and looking forward to going back! We HIGHLY recommend them!“

“Walked the Tappan Zee Bridge from Rockland to Westchester and made our way to the Taco Project for awesome Chicken Tacos and some Mango Margaritas! After all we earned it! 😉 Will definitely be back again and will recommend to all my friends!“

“Had an amazing GF experience! Service was top notch and so friendly. All the tacos and sides were the kind you never want to end. Even got some in lettuce wraps. Recommend: Everything! Stand out tacos: Mahi-mahi, shrimp, short rib, friend calamari. Sides: street corn, rice & beans, charred broccoli. Dessert: Churros!“

“IT WAS HORRIBLE. AS A MEXICAN I DO NOT APPROVE, THIS PLACE HAD BAD BAD FOOD, FIRST OF ALL THEY SERVED ME AN ORANGE WITH TACOS, WHO DOES THAT? WHO IN THE RIGHT MIND GIVE ORANGES WITH TACOS, NUH UH. ALSO, I FOUND OUT THAT THEIR GUACAMOLE IS NOT EVEN MEXICAN RECEPIE, IT TASTED LIKE WASABI WITH TOO MUCH MAYO EXPECT IT WAS NOT EVEN WASABI, AND ALSO THERE WERE NOT ONLY HAIRS IN MY FOOD BUT THERE WA A FRAKING ROACH SINGING LA CUCARACHA WITH MEXICAN HAT AND LITTLE TINY MARACAS. I ordered the Birria Burrito and the Carnitas Burrito, along with the spicy salsa and spicy guacamole, and every single item was bursting with flavor and perfectly moist. What really elevated the visit was chatting with the incredibly charismatic chef, who shared that everything—even the burrito wraps—is made entirely from scratch. You can truly taste the care and craftsmanship in every bite. Plus, it’s super convenient—just 4 minutes off the Hutchinson Parkway! This place isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience. “Randomly stumbled on this place because my dryer broke. Had to do a few loads and this place is right next door to the laundry mat. Probably some of the tastiest Mexican food I’ve ever had, and most authentic. The price cannot be beat. I go there and try random things all the time, today I want to try the Chilaquiles. Next time, I wanna try the Pozole Verde. He also informed that they serve tamales on Saturdays and Sundays. I loveeeeeeee this place and recommend to anybody.“

“The tortilla soup is so delicious with shredded chicken diced avacado fresh cilantro other delicious add ons and not salty. The sweet potatoe taco is my favorite. The yellow rice is also delicious. The staff is super friendly and kind. Prices are very good. I dined it as well as take out.“

“Easily one of the best Mexican spots in Westchester. We brought the kids and they couldn’t get enough of the tacos, pupusas, and tamales. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The food is super flavorful and authentic, and the whole place has a friendly, laid-back vibe. Great for families or anyone looking for a solid Mexican spot. We’ll definitely be back.“

I love the sauce that was on the buffalo wings girl fajita Texans amazing enchilada Sousa everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, there was an unexpected medical emergency during our visit, and I have to recognize how outstanding the staff handled the situation.
They responded immediately with urgency, professionalism, compassion, and full attention. Everyone stayed calm, focused, and dedicated to making sure help was provided quickly. It was truly impressive to witness a team that not only delivers great hospitality, but also rises to the occasion during a serious moment.
That level of care says everything about the character of this establishment. Rio Bravo has an exceptional staff, and I highly recommend this restaurant for both their amazing food and the genuine care they show people.“

“Absolutely stellar experience at Mirabella's Latina Cocina! The carne asada was perfection—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Their handcrafted margaritas were a delightful treat, perfectly balanced and refreshing. Arturo, the proprietor, brought a special touch to the evening with his charming Latin hospitality, making us feel truly welcomed and appreciated. To top it all off, the tres leches dessert was the best I've ever had, a sweet ending to a fantastic meal. Get there soon before this hidden gem in West Chester becomes too popular—it's the best-kept secret around!“

“the absolute BEST steak sopes i’ve ever had and i’d consider myself a bit of a harsh critic. easy 10/10. the chilaquiles en salsa verde with steak added were also 9.5/10. egg on the chilaquiles were a bit overcooked but that’s on us as we forgot to tell them to leave it a bit runny (a preference thing). the sauce was flavorful, tastes fresh and sits very smooth. just be aware they do not serve liquor (i love a good margarita with dinner) which is no problem, as they had many jarrito options and aguas frescas. we had the churros and tiramisu for dinner which were also very delicious. the churros had some kind of cinammon cream filling inside and came with dark chocolate sauce on the side, delicious! will be back!!“

“All the tacos are outstanding! The carnitas is moist and flavorful; the Chicharrón is crispy with tender meat; the birria is complex and rich. All the toppings are phenomenal. The portions of the tacos are very generous (like 2 normal tacos) so bring an appetite. Luis and his family are generous and kind hosts.“
