Soul Brewing Company was on my "to try" list for what I would imagine may have been a considerable amount of time. But recently I managed to grab a couple of their beers and it was a solid beer experience with both of them. The first beer was Freya's Weizen, a Hefeweizen styled beer as the name indicates and it was a refreshing one. Flavor features with this beer was maltiness, banana, floral notes with sweetness. A very cool, dog friendly brewery in the heart of Pleasantville. The beer was delicious - my favorite was the Witch's brew. The food is limited but expected for a brewery. The empanadas were bangin! Also shared popcorn, which was fine.There was only one guy working and he was super attentive to everyone despite how busy it was that day we went. Would come back because the beer was great and affordable!

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet but Soul is one of my favorite spots in the whole county. It's so cozy, the staff is awesome, the beer is delicious (especially Freya's Hefeweizen and El Tropical IPA) and they allow dogs. Can't rave enough about Soul.
