A very good canele—it had great flavor and the outside was crunchy, but the inside was mushier than I like.Also a solid croissant—it had a nice crisp outside and also excellent flavor, but it’s a softer croissant whereas I prefer a more structured croissant.A pity they don’t have the space for indoor seating. Will definitely be back to try more items.
Best coffee shop and bakery in Closter. Love the selection of breads.Baguettes are to die for. All the pastries we have tried are perfect too. Small space and no indoor seating. The folks who work here are lovely.
