“The pork tenderloin was one of the best I’ve had, the meat was medium well done which was perfectly tender and juicy, while the outside was nice and crispy. We also ordered one of the udons and the noodles were deliciously chewy. We drove 40 minutes to this restaurant and was so worth it, would highly recommend!!”

“Just be mindful that the restaurant is located inside the golf academy, once you enter the building the entrance is on your left.Overall had an amazing experience, they will give you an extraordinary service and treat you like a valued customer at all time. All the dishes are delicious, yet low sodium, fresh ingredients. They have a seasonal menu and it's the best to follow what the owner suggest. They usually have very traditional, healthy dishes.”

Homemade Hibiscus Iced Tea
Farm Burger

This country style cafe is located on the Abram Demaree Homestead farm. This building has been around since 1700s and was formerly a general store and tavern.

All of the menu items are freshly prepared in house using organic ingredients directly from the farm.

These are a couple of the lunch menu items I explored:

Homemade Hibiscus Iced Tea:
This herbal beverage has a reddish color; its appearance is different from an original iced tea.

The drink was very refreshing with a slightly tart taste.

Farm Burger:
This ounce angus patty includes lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and a secret sauce. I also added yellow American cheese for a $1 up charge.

I cannot identify the ingredients of the secret sauce, hence the name. It was really tasty and I requested a small extra cup on the side for dipping.

For the most part, this was a tasty burger. Next time, I will request to have the patty cooked medium well because I feel a well done burger compromises its flavor.

This cafe also serves as a farmers market; they sell grocery items such as homemade honey and farm fresh eggs. There is ample indoor and outdoor seating. I highly recommend dining in so you can take in the country atmosphere.

The Lamb shank was to die for and Rice Crusted Halibut was unique and so flavorful! As always the staff was super friendly and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. I especially loved the entertainment which was guitar playing and singing by Taylor. So good! It was a magical evening! Chef Ben has outdone himself!”

Great bakery merchandise, savory, sweet, creamy and many different cakes to purchase.

The staff is very nice. They packed all the stuff nicely in the bag for us. I thought the TLJ reward program is national but they actually don't accept it there.

The sitting area on the second floor is spacious. Very clean. Good hangout spot for friends or just by yourself.”
