I spent 25 years in high end seafood, (wholesale, retail, private chef, and catering) and was blown away by the quality of the fish! The chef was masterful as he balanced every single course (in had the 16) to perfection. He was incredibly skilled and a wonderful artist. The selection of fish from Japan was amazing. No, it does not come cheap. But the quality of fish they bring out totally justifies the pricing. Even the side dishes (aka tskedashi) is consisted of noteworthy seafood items. Dessert - the seafood soup - is the only thing that’s disappointing, but you are probably 120% over your capacity by the time you get the soup. By the way, isn’t it funny that Koreans eat a bowl of rice and seafood soup for their dessert?Their lunch special is outstanding as well. Whenever I crave sashimi, but I don’t want to spend $250 for a meal, I go to Bada Story for their lunch special.
