Based on the reviews, SUSHI STORY is a highly recommended restaurant known for excellent service and consistently delicious food. It is considered the best sushi in Bergen County, if not all of New Jersey, with fresh, thicker cut sushi rolls and beautiful presentations. The special rolls are incredibly creative, offering great taste variety. Popular menu items include the seared salmon sushi, spicy bluefin tuna roll, white dragon roll, eel avocado, tempura roll, and bulgogi bento box. The lunch box is generous with plenty of food, and the miso soup is especially delicious. The restaurant has a small, cozy, and cute dining area with few tables, so there may be a wait. The staff are warm, friendly, and attentive. Complimentary ice cream is offered at the end of a meal. The food is outstanding for takeout as well, and it was a big hit for a party of 49 people. The food is definitely worth a 30-minute drive, and the perfection does not come cheap, so be prepared to spend more money for excellence.
