Management needs to schedule and/or hire more people. Consistently, there is only one person working and they are always slammed. I order online to avoid waiting in person, but I always have to wait anyway because it is not physically possible for one person to get everything done with the amount of customers you have. Can't find anyone to hire? Offer more pay and benefits!
I recommend this place. If your ever in New Milford town l I strongly recommend you to stop by this subway,and Selle the owner he is the best making sandwiches. He keeps the store nice and clean and he follows Covid guidelines. That's why I keep coming back because they are the best.
