Ladies there are very very nice. Side dishes are super clean and fresh. Mool naemg myun is chewy, thin, but not tasteless like sambong in pal park. Broth is clean and salty just fresh- which they made it alittle more slushy. Was a little too pricy though for regular cold noodle.
I think there was a recent ownership change because their dishes weren't the same, and what we liked was their consistency. As a special treat, we would drive up from central NJ for their cold noodles, but sadly no longer. Their bibim noodles were so spicy you couldn't really taste anything, and their noodles (in general) didn't have the same chewy consistency.

Everyone knows of their 냉면 (It really is the best I've tried in a long time) But I was more surprised by the other dishes. Their 해장국 is other worldly. They give you two giant rib with bone in and the broth tastes so "deep". It's the best 해장국 I habe EVER tasted. Must try if you haven't!
