The best ramen I’ve had in Bergen or Rockland Counties.
Best Ramen restaurant, no debate! I have been going to this place for 2 years and I literally go every week. That’s how good it is! If you want to have authentic Ramen, this is the place. Now that I move to other states, this will definitely be the place I miss the most 🥹.
I stopped by for lunch on a Sunday, and the place was packed and lively. The shoyu ramen has a gentle, well-balanced flavor that I could honestly eat every week.
The restaurant has mostly counter seating, which gives it that authentic Japanese ramen shop atmosphere. The chashu is the type that gets more flavorful and savory the more you chew it.
