I really enjoyed the meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, and the owner is friendly. I would like to give it 5 stars, but since the chashu and eggs seemed to be store-bought products, I will only give it 4 stars. Regardless of whether they were pre-made or not, the taste was excellent. If I had to point out one more downside, it is that the waiting line is completely unpredictable. There are too many people who cut in line to grab a seat without waiting.

I’m honestly surprised I hadn’t written a review for this place yet. I’ve been a huge fan ever since it opened. The soup is so well balanced that I can finish every drop without feeling thirsty afterward. I’ve never even had ramen this delicious in Japan.

You can really feel the owner’s dedication and passion in every detail, even in the smallest side dish. This is the best restaurant in New Jersey.

i think this is the best ramen i’ve ever had. other places i’ve tried over salt their broths so i was hesitant to order a soy sauce broth. to my surprise, the taste was so well balanced. you order prior to sitting and it is SO worth the wait because as soon as i sat down my food was ready. this was just what i needed to warm me up in this cold weather. i can’t wait to go back!
