“Our dinner for Indian Food Night was amazing! Every course was varied and a take on Indian classics like I have never tasted. The Lamb shank was to die for and Rice Crusted Halibut was unique and so flavorful! As always the staff was super friendly and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. I especially loved the entertainment which was guitar playing and singing by Taylor. So good! It was a magical evening! Chef Ben has outdone himself!“

“i’m here to tell you the hype is true. The burritos are so freaking good. The sauce is immaculate. I always ask for extra sauce. My favorite is the sausage burrito and the bacon. I usually get both and eat half-and-half and split it with my partner. lol

I usually travel all the way to Brooklyn for a similar type of burrito (santos) and I’m so happy to have found this gem uptown nyc!! (no pic because burrito was inhaled)

“We went here to celebrate our anniversary and they made our dinner feel special by having a chalkboard sign wishing us a happy anniversary for our table. We were also given an anniversary card with a coupon to get a free app on our next visit. The food was really good and filled you without making you feel overstuffed. Our waitress Deborah was kind and attentive too!“

“I’ve had the pleasure of having Kim as my bartender and she’s the absolute best there is. Very personable , knowledgeable of what to have to eat or drink and just the best at what she does . We've been here just a couple of times but our last few visits were tended by Nadean, an absolute delight! Im a super picky eater and tend to have a lot of special requests, but my girl makes me feel like a regular person - no irritation and my order always comes out perfect
The only reason for i pulled a star was because we were sat by the kitchen and my boyfriend is sound sensitive, so the constant dish clattering was rough for him
Maybe consider a sound barrier between the tables and the kitchen, at least by the sink?

“I had a fantastic experience here on Beekman Ave. Everything we ordered arrived perfectly prepared and tasted delicious. The burger was served in a fun checkered paper basket and the crispy fries were seasoned generously with fresh green herbs.

We finished the meal with a decadent slice of chocolate cake topped with a perfect swirl of frosting and a side of ice cream. It was a wonderful treat. I cannot wait to come back and try more of the menu.“

The bartender gave us some great recommendations for the menu and the owner even came over to us and introduced himself which was very nice. “Slid in right before closing — not exactly the ideal way to walk into a wine bar. But the bartender welcomed us like we'd been regulars for years. That kind of warmth at the end of a long shift says a lot about a place.
The wine was excellent. Exactly what you want from a spot like this — well-curated, well-poured, no complaints.
Didn't get to try the food this time but it's already on the list for next visit. If the kitchen matches the hospitality, this place is going to be a regular stop.

“I'll be honest - I had pretty low expectations given my picky NYC taste buds but this place DELIVERS. The food is rich in flavor, plated like Gordon Ramsay is waiting with a camera crew, and very family friendly. I have a 4 year old and 2.5 year old, and it was so easy with them. There's a huge lawn for them to expend energy and it's in a very quiet little enclosure so it's very safe. The staff are very nice - like they could easily be kindergarten teachers. Definitely adding this spot into my weekly ventures. I almost didn't even wanna leave the review so it remains a hidden gem but they deserve all the business and then some. Thank you!“

“I highly recommend Vibes Kitchen on East Gun Hill Road in the Bronx! A special shout-out to Chef Andre for catering my sister’s Home Going service repast. During such a difficult time, he provided exceptional delicious food and service that brought comfort to our family and guests.

The food was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The jerk chicken was perfectly seasoned, the curry goat was tender and flavorful, the fried chicken was crispy, juicy, and delicious, and the ackee and saltfish was authentic and well prepared. The Escovitch fish was outstanding, the rice and beans and spinach rice were cooked to perfection, the fried plantains were sweet and delicious, and the freshly steamed vegetables were the perfect complement to the meal.

Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful everything tasted.
