“First time their! Food was amazing. The short ribs melted in your mouth!. The arugula salad with hearts of palm and fresh cheese was delicious! The strawberry shortcake made in a tall glass was so creative and delicious! Can’t wait to go back! The service was excellent!“

“The dining experience was excellent. However, do not bring your own birthday cake. Because the restaurant will charge you $2.75 per person to slice it. I find this obnoxious and unnecessary as a charge to their customers. The manager, I spoke to, “Junior“ was most disagreeable and clearly did not know how to work with customers who were having a large party for an event. I paid a lot of money for that birthday cake and we spent quite a bit of money there as well, but he would not budge which I was very put off by. So, in the future, understand that they will charge you 275 per person per slice. Maybe not the best place to go for a birthday celebration. I know I will not be returning for that kind of event again.“

“Food has definitely gotten better. We had the Calabrian clams, duck leg, white bolognese, grilled prawns and blood orange cheesecake. Everything was wonderful and fresh, could be better with some minor tweaks. The clams should be served with some bread to soak up that delicious sauce. The prawns would have been much better if it was left whole with shell and head on, it was slightly over cooked. All in all, a fantastic meal!!“

“This restaurant was new to this area, and it did not miss. We really enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and the staff. We booked a reservation last minute and they were able to accommodate us on a pretty busy night. We hung out at the bar until our table was ready, and it was in a semi-private room, which I liked. We will be returning.“

“I was so excited to see that the Village Green was opening for lunch in January. I knew just where to take my special friend Janet for an important birthday! What a treat! Delicious, beautifully presented food with a novel twist! The service was absolutely superb. Definitely go there for lunch!“

“We live a few towns away and unfortunately we didn’t find this place sooner. Food was amazing not what we expected. We thought it was just a bar but it’s a restaurant. It has a unique feel and the service top notch. Keep up the good work.“

That said, I love AS (and Charlie's Place) and Danny and his team really knocked it out of the park on Valentine's Day! I felt like Danny invited us into his home. “We ordered the boneless wings, sliders and chicken wraps. All were very tasty. The drinks came out fast and cold. The hostess tried to sit us at a dirty table, bench seat had oil and crumbs and table had crumbs and sauce all over. Made her change tables, she did not seem happy. Our waitress was awesome she made up for lazy hostess. Overall we will be back.“

“Had dinner here this weekend for a nice night out. Food was beyond amazing! The staff was very knowledgeable about their dishes and specials. We ended up with Tuna Tartar, Stuffed Figs wrapped in bacon with salad, and Asparagus with roasted red pepper puree topped with prosciutto for an appetizer. I had a veal chop that was out of this world, my fiancée had seared duck breast, and we finished it off with a slice of delicious carrot cake and decaf cappuccinos. Everything was absolutely incredible, couldn't recommend it more for a nice night out!“
