They made sure that i was serious about my salt + 3 oreo inclusions on my oreo milkshake, which i was, the care they took into my semi-large order was very appreciated. This was perhaps one of the best milkshakes that i have had in all time. I’ve come here several times and they have never missed. My friends and i love it here. You have a place in our hearts!“

“We threw a drop-in Buffet dinner for family and friends at Houlihans for 30 to 35 people. The room is spacious and accommodated everyone comfortably. Our server Eileen was excellent and the food was delicious. Michelle who assisted with the catering was very detail oriented and help me plan a great event. Sebastian the manager as extremely gracious and helped ensure our guests were taken care of. I would definitely do it again and highly recommend..“

“We had our holiday party here and the experience was excellent. The staff was extremely accommodating, making everything run smoothly. The food was beyond outstanding as usual! This time we started with 3 apps that I tried. A salmon tatar, raw oysters on a half shell and shrimp. We like to eat and love our food lol. Soo sooo good- Then I ordered the tuna that had a perfect crispy crust on the outside and rare on the inside with a delicious wasabi sauce along side black rice and steamed bok choy. “Food has definitely gotten better. We had the Calabrian clams, duck leg, white bolognese, grilled prawns and blood orange cheesecake. Everything was wonderful and fresh, could be better with some minor tweaks. The clams should be served with some bread to soak up that delicious sauce. The prawns would have been much better if it was left whole with shell and head on, it was slightly over cooked. All in all, a fantastic meal!!“

We booked a reservation last minute and they were able to accommodate us on a pretty busy night. We hung out at the bar until our table was ready, and it was in a semi-private room, which I liked. “Had dinner here this weekend for a nice night out. Food was beyond amazing! The staff was very knowledgeable about their dishes and specials. We ended up with Tuna Tartar, Stuffed Figs wrapped in bacon with salad, and Asparagus with roasted red pepper puree topped with prosciutto for an appetizer. I had a veal chop that was out of this world, my fiancée had seared duck breast, and we finished it off with a slice of delicious carrot cake and decaf cappuccinos. Everything was absolutely incredible, couldn't recommend it more for a nice night out!“

“I used to live in nyc. Since moving to jersey years ago, i have been looking for a place that does Falafel and gyro platters the new york way. This spot is exactly that and no other spot compares! Ive tried so many disappointing falafels in jersey. This one was perfect! Exactly the same as my fav cart in NYC. I used to have to go to nyc when i craved this so im so happy i no longer have to make that journey. Manhattan Halal Gyro has to be one of the most underrated restaurants in northern jersey. The team was friendly and lovely. The prices were insanely good! The quality was perfect. Good vegetables and loved the grilled onions on the platter. The sauces were exactly what they were supposed to be and the falafel was so perfect - soft but crunchy - exactly what i love in a good falafel.

This also tastes the same as the falafel i get when i visit family in the middle east.

“We have been shopping here as our main grocery store pretty much since it opened. While it is a smaller Whole Foods, it tends to have a good stock of a good variety of items, both fresh and packaged. It is generally clean (with one exception, see below) and most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is an Amazon Locker here, so you can get your Amazon packages delivered to this locker, do your shopping, and then pick up your package all in one trip. There are a two issues I very much wish they would fix. For one thing, the restrooms are consistently not clean. This is a suburban store and doesn't get the volume of customers that an NYC store gets, but they don't seem to be able to keep the restrooms in good order. My other issue has to do with what they choose to stock in a couple of categories. The first is orange juice. I always look for organic orange juice not in a clear container (so as not to compromise Vitamin C). I just want organic orange juice in an opaque container the way it comes -- not pulp-free, not extra-pulp, not with Vitamin D added, etc. They never stock this. My other stocking issue has to do with ice cream. They have all kinds of interesting flavors, several kinds of dairy-free options, etc. but I just want a pint of premium, organic vanilla ice cream, straight up. This can sometimes be found but often they don't have it on the shelf even though they carry all kinds of great brands that would offer it. If only this store remedied these two issues, they'd be five stars for sure!“

“My husband and I frequent the hotel for events, but it was our first time dining. We had a 5pm reservation, so it was quiet and empty. The food was a bit pricey, but generous portions and delicious. I had the chicken pot pie and my husband had the most tender short ribs of his life. We will likely be back in the future, and look forward to an elegant way to enhance our future events!“

“The steaks were above average and enjoyable, though they did not quite reach the level of being truly exceptional. The biggest disappointment was the coleslaw, which was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. It was essentially just chopped cabbage with no noticeable dressing, seasoning, or flavor to bring it together. It felt unfinished and added very little to the meal. Fortunately, the steaks were solid enough to make the dining experience worthwhile, but I would definitely skip the coleslaw if I returned.“

“Was here recently and had a wonderful experience! Jessica, our bartender, recommended a delicious margarita flatbread “pepped up” and it did not disappoint! She also convinced me to try the Pumpking beer for dessert and that was a delicious surprise! We will definitely be back on Mondays and/or Fridays to see Jessica and try more of her recommendations! She made us feel so welcomed and the service was top tier!“

“The dining experience was excellent. However, do not bring your own birthday cake. Because the restaurant will charge you $2.75 per person to slice it. I find this obnoxious and unnecessary as a charge to their customers. The manager, I spoke to, “Junior“ was most disagreeable and clearly did not know how to work with customers who were having a large party for an event. I paid a lot of money for that birthday cake and we spent quite a bit of money there as well, but he would not budge which I was very put off by. So, in the future, understand that they will charge you 275 per person per slice. Maybe not the best place to go for a birthday celebration. I know I will not be returning for that kind of event again.“
