We haven't been in a couple of years. We had our daughter's wedding at the Hilton in 2022 and the food was always excellent. We especially remember one of their signature dishes , the short ribs. I don't know if it was a bad night, they changed the recipe or changed the chef, but it was nothing like we remembered. Too bad, very disappointing.
We were celebrating Valentine Day, the restaurant started off with complimentary champagne, which was a very nice treat. We ordered skirt steak which was very juicy and delicious with a side order of grilled vegetables. The server was very attentive and sweet. We had great experience.
My husband and I frequent the hotel for events, but it was our first time dining. We had a 5pm reservation, so it was quiet and empty. The food was a bit pricey, but generous portions and delicious. I had the chicken pot pie and my husband had the most tender short ribs of his life. We will likely be back in the future, and look forward to an elegant way to enhance our future events!

Two Henrys at the Hilton Pearl River offers a mixed dining experience. While room service was underwhelming, with small portions and average flavors, dining in the restaurant yields better results. The staff is kind, patient, and attentive, making an effort to make special occasions memorable. The staff from the waiters to the bar tender to security were awesome outstanding work, outstanding customer service. The small bar was terrific and so enjoyable. The menu boasts tasty options like skirt steak, Caesar salad with salmon, and scallops, all cooked to perfection. The food and service was amazing. Desserts, including puddin', pannacotta, and cheesecake, are also a highlight. Despite occasional kitchen delays, the restaurant is worth a visit and recommendation. The restaurant was not busy but it deserves to be. It is a great place for a romantic dinner.
