Restaurants in Ramsey

“Tonight I had the pleasure to dine at Bici restaurant in Ramsey, NJ. From the minute I walked in, I knew I was going to like it! You are greeted in such a warm and friendly manner. One of the owners, Marcello makes his rounds around the room speaking to his customers and making you feel at home. Everything I ordered was delicious and the waiters are so polite and attentive. Pleasant atmosphere and I will be back again. Thank you staff for your hospitality. It’s a BYOB. It’s a small restaurant with outdoor dining. Definitely 5 stars!!!!!”

“We had our holiday party here and the experience was excellent. The staff was extremely accommodating, making everything run smoothly. The food was beyond outstanding as usual! This time we started with 3 apps that I tried. A salmon tatar, raw oysters on a half shell and shrimp. We like to eat and love our food lol. Soo sooo good- Then I ordered the tuna that had a perfect crispy crust on the outside and rare on the inside with a delicious wasabi sauce along side black rice and steamed bok choy. Incredibly delicious Would definitely go back! Highly recommend!l”

“Food is very fresh ! Cute place too 👍🏼 BYOB ❤️”

“Cracker-crust pizza! Birchbeer!”

“Gao Kitchen is hands down some of the best food in Bergen County. Everything is authentic, flavorful, and delicious, and the prices are great for the quality and portions. Their Thai tea is the BEST, and I’ve genuinely stopped in before just to get a tea. Every curry I’ve tried has been amazing, and there’s always something I’m excited to order. My family normally doesn’t like eating out very often, but we eat at Gao Kitchen at least twice a month, and we get takeout even more than that. It’s become one of our go-to spots, and I recommend it to everyone!”

“Finally!! Ramsey was in desperate need of good Mexican food. Guacamole & chips were fresh and delicious. Our Burritos were stuffed and yummy! Our toddler loved the quesadilla. Will be ordering again soon! 🥑😍”

This has become my go-to lunch spot, and I have been recommending it to everyone.”

“Great burgers!!!! and fries, enjoyed very much. recommend to all”

“It is probably the Best Greek restaurant in the whole Bergen County. I was impressed with the layout, the waiters were very helpful, and gave us the best advice, even for the pickiest of us. After the Greek salad, crisp zucchini, and grilled calamari, the Pastitsio, Moussaka, and seafood Giouvetsi all cooked in clay pots filled us up, but then the lamb chops with lemon potatoes arrived, and nobody could resist them. For dessert we had a platter of galaktobureko"milkpie" and one called ekmek, that we could not decide which was the best. We will definitely come back, but we better fast in advance.”

“Stumbled upon this gem and haven't looked back, since before covid, during covid and to this day! My favorite pub, I recommend all, never disappoints! Love the ambiance, love all the wait staff especially Theresa, feels like a visit with a friend! We go all seasons but especially love the deck in warmer weather! GO, you won't regret it!”

“I absolutely love Paris Baguette! Their cakes are incredibly delicious and perfectly balanced not too sweet, which is exactly how I like them. Every single pastry I’ve tried here has been fantastic and fresh. On top of the amazing treats, the shop itself is always very clean, bright, and welcoming. It's a wonderful spot to grab a treat!”

“YUM😊YUM BEST PIZZA IN RAMSEY HANDS DOWN... PLUS I'D SAY BEST OVER MOST ANYWHERE ELSE. MY ENTIRE FAMILY & I HAVE ENJOYED SALS SINCE 1970'S, WHEN HIS FATHER WAS 1st THE TOWNS PIZZA GUY & MY PARENTS HAVE CONTINUED ORDERING IT ALMOST EVERY FRIDAY MY ENTIRE LIFE. IN ADDITION, IT ALWAYS BECOME A FAVE OF ANY VISITOR WE'VE SHARED IT WITH, SO THAT WHEN THEY RETURN THEY ALWAYS ASK FOR SALS ~ HOW COULD WE SAY NO🤷🏻‍♀️!”

“I recommend the waitress Monica Barrera at the IHOP in Panorama City Calif as she gives such great and wonderful service. She asks if everything is ok and always comes back to give refills. This is much appreciated. Best wishes from the original Johnny Blaze, and "may the Blaze be with you."”

“Excellent service! Delicious food!”

“Chicken Parmesan was very good! Clean environment”

“Wonderful ice tea but the scones are dry and too much jam. Love the breakfast egg sandwiches at Starbucks and the baked breads. Fast service with a smile.”

“Food’s excellent and the value is hard to beat-- don't see a restaurant burger for $6 often. We got burgers and fries and everything was solid. Brought three toddlers with us and the staff was really friendly and accommodating. Mike, the owner, was there too—we ended up chatting with him for a bit. Overall, a really good spot.”

“I’ve been coming to Carvel in Ramsey for years. While the ownership has changed over time, Carvel remains a welcome treat. They offer a great selection of soft and hard ice creams, along with a nice variety of cakes and cones for special occasions. And they have late hours. Always a satisfying stop!”

“I'm a barista in France and discovered this place by accident while visiting. Great coffee and friendly staff ! Love the synesso ! took some Kenyan AA Kaibu and Rwandan back to France for cupping it with coworkers :) Way better than the "blue pretencious stuff" you can find in the city ;)”

“Let me tell you about their delicious sandwiches and catering. Ordered for my daughter’s shower who lives in Ramsey. The food was delivered on time including sandwiches, salads, fruit salad, iced teas and lemonade and all the utensils and serving utensils needed. The guest were so surprised that I thought to cater from Panera but I’ve always enjoyed their food and it seemed like the perfect menu for a hot summer day. We had one small issue which their manager Charles took care of immediately in a way that superseded my expectations. Great customer service and experience. Give them a try you’ll be thrilled you did. Eleanor Z.”

Their pizzas always exceed expecting.
Nice clean restaurant and restroom.
Great fun atmosphere.

Highly recommend the complete chain.
As a Note: Anthony's is an up scale pizza & wings restaurant and bar which cost a few extra dollars but highly worth it.”

“*Editted my review to 5 stars:
Been here a bunch of times now. Overal the service is 10/10. And I have been going to the point pleasant original place for the last 25+ years, so it's solid at this location. I eat here specifically because the sub service is such good quality the majority of the time. Another comment said he felt discrimination because he was white. Well, it's never a skin thing but a sin thing, and don't ever forget, it was an African man that helped the Lord Jesus carry his cross.”

“They do a great job with specialty coffees. Although I wish they would mix the sugar in a little better instead of just using the cup actually use a stirrer. Other than that it's okay”

“Delish lunch and amazing bagels!”

“Great food and very nice customer service”
