“Hands down my favorite Japanese restaraunt in the area and one of my top 3 overall. My favorite place to go after a hike in Ramapo or Harriman State Park. Been there at least 10 times even though I live almost an hour away. Great sushi at good price, Pork Buns are my favorite, atmosphere is great, complimentary tea is awesome. Plus there is Tawara Mart next door which always has cool imported goods.“

“It’s a small cozy authentic Japanese store! They have really delicious Japanese breads and food! I was surprised for their variety of food options. I bought rice balls(onigiri), melon bread, boba can and it was all really good! I remember that I tried melon bread in Japan for the first time 15years ago? it tastes same and so tasty. It’s a great Japanese grocery store if you love Japanese food :)!!“

“I’ve always loved Maguro and they definitely don’t get enough hype. Their roll selection is so diverse, there’s something for everyone and they’re always delicious. On my most recent visit they also brought out a sesame chicken appetizer on the house! Love it here.“

“I am a local from New Jersey now living in Germany, came back to visit and was in the mood for a Poke Bowl. I have to say I have been to many poke places and this is THE BEST ONE. Everything tastes fresh. I love that you have many options on creating your bowl. I also had a taro bubble tea and it was delicious! Employees are very friendly and welcoming. I will be stopping here a few more times before I head back to Germany!“

“I wish I took before pictures of our food. We stopped in after a very long day out and about and the food was so good that we left feeling energized. We got the ocean roll, pork buns, tonkotsu ramen and a spicy tuna onigiri. Everything was delicious!!

The ocean roll was fresh and tasty, the pork buns were just delicious, the ramen was so so amazing- the pork was tender, the broth was so flavorful and all the add ins just did wonders for the the flavor and the spicy tuna onigiri was hands down one of the best we’ve had.

The service was also great! The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was on par and so cute! We cannot wait to come back and are so happy we found our new go to spot 🤗

“I own a business in the same strip next to Sushi Nigiri. I have been ordering Sushi from there since it's opening. I have never written a review until now, but I must say, this place is AWESOME. I'm used to New York City sushi (I live in Manhattan) and this is just as good as most places. I highly recommend this place and I wish this place does more business!“

“I would say this is the best Hibachi I have ever had! All are cooked from the top notch fresh ingredients. The sea bass is juicy, the steak is just right, the fried rice and noodles have a pleasant garlic favor which I never had it before at other restaurants , homemade teriyaki sauce adds just right sweetness. “So good . When you order takeout fried food, they wait to the last minute of your delivery time to put the food in the fryer. Don't complain if you have to wait a few extra minutes . To get hot crisp food instead of soggy cold stuff that steamed it self cold in the togo containers. LOVE THEM.“

I ordered Spicy Salmon Rolls and they were, for the first time, actually spicy. Everything tasted fresh and portion sizes were above average. The food here is great . They have creative sushi menu.there is so many exotic rolls you can choose and they offer kids menu .

“This place is our go-to sushi spot since 2019. We’ve tried almost every place in Fair Lawn/Ridgewood/Glen Rock but we anyways return here.Food has never disappointed - consistent and tasty. “One of the best places for meal in Paramus Park mall. Teriyaki chicken is really good, the sauce has delicious flavor. Fried rice and white are also really good. Each combo has huge amount of protein and rice. Price of the combos are fair. They also have some sides dishes like dumplings, spring rolls and noodles.

Food is cooked and served pretty quickly, unless they need to cook a fresh batch of chicken. Condominiums are available in front of the store.

The three waiters were very attentive and with a smile. A varied menu with sushi and entrees. As appetizers we had miso soup, sunomono, and the sushi donut. For dinner, we ordered the special mango tuna roll, volcano roll, dynamite roll, and the sweet heart roll. All rolls were delicious, good proportions, and fresh. For dessert we enjoyed the chocolate moose pyramid and the 3 year old enjoyed the chocolate gelatto with a teddy bear made of white chocolate that was the highlight. She trully loved it jajaja!
