“This is my new favorite sushi restaurant. I’ve never been disappointed with any of the food I’ve gotten. My favorites are the salmon and tuna fashion rolls but everything is delicious. It’s small inside and I’ve never seen anyone eating there, but for takeout this is some of the best sushi in the area.“

“Great assortment of fresh raw fish- mackerel, white n red tuna, yellowtail, in sashimi sushi platter. Friend had pine box- chicken teriyaki, spring roll n sushi- comes with soup n salad. Food was served quickly and food was delicious.
Crowded on weekend night- does tremendous take out business. Bring your own. Staff is friendly and eager to please.“

“So good . When you order takeout fried food, they wait to the last minute of your delivery time to put the food in the fryer. Don't complain if you have to wait a few extra minutes . To get hot crisp food instead of soggy cold stuff that steamed it self cold in the togo containers. LOVE THEM.“

“We had dinner at Matsu on Friday......its a little gem in Hillsdale. We were pleasantly surprised, by the quality and quantity of the food. The Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They very friendly and warm. It was a most enjoyable dinner. We have ordered food to takeout but hadn't been inside the restaurant since the pandemic.... We will definitely go again soon. It is not often that you find a restaurant without any criticisms, but then I found Blu. The dining and take-out experiences are how all food establishments should be run. The food here is great . They have creative sushi menu.there is so many exotic rolls you can choose and they offer kids menu .
We ordered the sushi pizza, sushi love boat ,sweet heart roll gyoza and Thai calamari. Everything tested fresh.all very delicious. The service was attentive and friendly.By the way it’s BYOB.
