It is with a full stomach and heart that I am able to publicly share how wonderful Blu Sushi is. Not only is the fish the freshest, but it run by welcoming and friendly staff, chefs and owners. Probably the highest quality sushi you can get in bergen county without having to go to the city, I’ve been going here nearly every week for years. Service is impeccable. Staff is warm and friendly, they even gave me and my friend our very own Blu Sushi T shirts !
