“We eat here frequently and either dine in or take out. On Easter, we did their Easter Brunch and it was absolutely amazing. All of the food choices were delicious and some were dishes we had not tried before. It was an all vegan buffet style brunch. Their menu is always all vegetarian and everything can be made vegan, and believe much of it can also be made GF. Everything always tastes fresh, flavorful, and even our non-vegan friends love this place. We love them so much, we are going to inquire about catering our wedding events!“

“In town for a Driscoll Food Show. As restaurant owners ourselves we take notice of so many attributes. The ambiance, attention to detail, service and especially the food. Our meals were absolutely delicious. I had the Butternut Squash Soup and King Salmon with Beurre Blanc with Sundried Tomatoes and my husband had the Scallops with Angel Hair. Nice experience and highly recommend!“
“I tried takeout from Lovin' Today, and I was pleasantly surprised. I've never tried vegan chorizo before, so I was kind of worried about whether I'd like it or not. It actually still had the same kind of spice of regular chorizo. To be honest, I didn't seem to notice that much of a difference between this vegan chorizo and regular chorizo. And they gave a lot of it in the taco as well, so I was happy with that. I also got brown rice as a side. It was a hearty portion size of rice. I got vegan naan bread, which tasted delicious and exactly like regular naan bread. I also loved that they sealed the boxes with tape with a drawn heart on it. It's a small detail, but it shows there was care put into putting my meal together. Overall, i was happy with my meal, and I would definitely order from them again.“

The ladies were very nice, and the food was great.Purchased the Rio Grande and it had an ingredient not enlisted (by accident) which would have caused a severe allergy (my wife). They quickly apologized, refunded my money, gave me a free a sandwich and a free drink. They were so apologetic, and sincere. Now whenever we are in Paramus, we will stop by this place for a bite to eat.“

I am happy to share that I was so pleased with the level of service I received. Not only did I receive an overview of the food and menu…but the young man attending to us offered us 2 free agave drinks which were delicious.We ordered the signature Masal FLAT and a Flat Bowl.The meal was healthy (usually means tastes like cardboard) but no…the food was delicious and to my surprise so filling. The two of us could not finish our meal. And lunch for two was under $28 #DealI highly recommend this place and not just for the vegetarian/vegans out there but to one and all.
