The atmosphere buzzed with a joyful energy, perfectly balancing sophistication and comfort, as if the restaurant itself was toasting a decade of culinary excellence. The four-course tasting menu was a masterclass in flavor and creativity, each dish showcasing the kitchen’s dedication to crafting everything from scratch. “Tonight I had the pleasure to dine at Bici restaurant in Ramsey, NJ. From the minute I walked in, I knew I was going to like it! You are greeted in such a warm and friendly manner. One of the owners, Marcello makes his rounds around the room speaking to his customers and making you feel at home. Everything I ordered was delicious and the waiters are so polite and attentive. “Place is a hidden treasure. Food is outstanding! The waiters were very welcoming, funny and very attentive without rushing us before we could ask for anything they were right there. Food-wise, my margarita was a bit sharp, but some agave fixed it right up. My wife’s Prosecco was perfect, and her chicken parmigiana was tender and delicious. My braised lamb shank had great flavor, though it was a bit too chewy for my liking. Overall, a good spot to check out if you're in the area!“

Let's see.I was walking around looking for a place to eat and saw this deli , mind you that when you see a line outside a deli and customers willing wait in the cold for food , you know the food is going to be off the hook ! In line a sweet man was telling the history of the deli and how is the best town and anything I choose will definitely make me happy, another customer arrives and tells me to how much he loves it ! The menu is classic Italian but with a twist — way more interesting than your standard North Jersey Italian spot. The ossobuco was fantastic (if I had to nitpick, I’d say the risotto could’ve used a touch less water and a heavier hand with the parm). The clams were fresh and baked to perfection, and my son devoured his ravioli. For dessert, the bread pudding was absolutely unreal — honestly worth the trip alone.

We were able to arrive early to decorate our party area that already looked very nice without our decorations. Yesterday, when we got our order to Sloatsburg, there was an omission in the order ( we really should have checked before we left). As always, Dom’s went above and beyond to make this right. They drove my order to Sloatsburg and included several delicious extras! Their catering always makes our events delicious, but yesterday they made it extra delicious. Dom’s has amazing food and even better service.“

“Had a great dinner on our ladies night out! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was attentive and friendly from start to finish.

There was a small mishap when one of the servers accidentally spilled my drink while clearing the table, but honestly, accidents happen and it didn’t take away from our experience. . What really stood out was how incredibly apologetic and professional the entire staff was. Multiple servers including management came over to check on us and treated us to dessert and coffee which was not necessary, but very much appreciated!

It really says a lot about a place when something unexpected happens and they handle it with such care and class.
