I called on Monday spoke to Stepanie and she was very apologetic. She suggested i pick them up. Which I did. Long story short. They replaced it with 4 empanadas. Great customer service. “Lately terrible . Portions of food are l so cut down .. I ordered meatball hero and if there was 2 meatballs on it I’d be shocked .. was all bread . I know economy is hurting but so Are we !!!! I’d rather pay higher prices but don’t scrimp on the portions…. Chicken dinners are half the usual meat . I been going there for years regular weekly with family or ordering out. I am through now …. We are all hurting ..also now they charge fir extra dressing on salad !! Just I’ve past 18 months or so . Very disappointed but even if food is decent for our area , I can’t buy a meatball hero and have to go buy a whopper right after I’m done because I’m still hungry!!!! “Actually the food is very good. The old owner was very bad in dealing but now with the new owner the dealing is great and the service is good. Also the delivery service of the restaurant is the best if you want to get the food as quickly as possible I do not recommend delivery companies. The honest driver in the restaurant is the best thing and if you do not like anything you will talk to him and he will bring you your order again as soon as possible. Thank you for your kindness“

“Tonight I had the pleasure to dine at Bici restaurant in Ramsey, NJ. From the minute I walked in, I knew I was going to like it! You are greeted in such a warm and friendly manner. One of the owners, Marcello makes his rounds around the room speaking to his customers and making you feel at home. Everything I ordered was delicious and the waiters are so polite and attentive. Food-wise, my margarita was a bit sharp, but some agave fixed it right up. My wife’s Prosecco was perfect, and her chicken parmigiana was tender and delicious. My braised lamb shank had great flavor, though it was a bit too chewy for my liking. Overall, a good spot to check out if you're in the area!“

I was here for a funeral reception, and I can’t imagine a better setting for such an occasion. On a cold, grey, and somber day, the ambiance provided a much-needed lift. It felt comfortable, welcoming, and infused with a certain lightness that made all the difference. And then there was the food—perhaps the best I’ve ever had at an event like this. As someone who is extremely picky about Italian cuisine, I was genuinely impressed. The pork chop Milanese was outstanding, the tiramisu and cannoli were perfection, and the fact that this level of quality was maintained for a catered party of 60 is even more remarkable.

Beyond the meal, the experience was enhanced by the unexpected delight of browsing through a collection of vintage fashion from legendary designers—Hermès, Chanel, Fendi, Versace, and more.
