I called on Monday spoke to Stepanie and she was very apologetic. She suggested i pick them up. Which I did. Long story short. They replaced it with 4 empanadas. Great customer service. Not only does this beautiful place have awesome pizza but the nicest server took my call this weekend. I believe her name was Angelina, let me tell you guys that is the exact kind of staff member you want taking your order. It honestly brightened my whole day she was very patient in explaining the items you guys had to offer and cracked a few jokes. “Lately terrible . Portions of food are l so cut down .. I ordered meatball hero and if there was 2 meatballs on it I’d be shocked .. was all bread . I know economy is hurting but so Are we !!!! I’d rather pay higher prices but don’t scrimp on the portions…. Chicken dinners are half the usual meat . I been going there for years regular weekly with family or ordering out. I am through now …. We are all hurting ..also now they charge fir extra dressing on salad !! Just I’ve past 18 months or so . “Actually the food is very good. The old owner was very bad in dealing but now with the new owner the dealing is great and the service is good. Also the delivery service of the restaurant is the best if you want to get the food as quickly as possible I do not recommend delivery companies. The honest driver in the restaurant is the best thing and if you do not like anything you will talk to him and he will bring you your order again as soon as possible. Thank you for your kindness“

“Tonight I had the pleasure to dine at Bici restaurant in Ramsey, NJ. From the minute I walked in, I knew I was going to like it! You are greeted in such a warm and friendly manner. One of the owners, Marcello makes his rounds around the room speaking to his customers and making you feel at home. Everything I ordered was delicious and the waiters are so polite and attentive. “Perfect seamless reservation - plenty of parking even texted to let us know where to park. Inside wonderful atmosphere all the staff was friendly. The food was amazing -especially the Caesar Salad . The food was brilliant - fresh, flavorful and great portion sizes. I was thrilled with my choices of the buratta salad, crabmeat-stuffed lobster tail with mashed potatoes and a chocolate mousse cake. My fella demolished the mussels and clams in a white wine and garlic sauce, lasagne (he thought it was so delicious that he even bought a second portion to give to his dad) and cheesecake. I almost wish I’d taken photographs, but I was more interested in the experience than documenting it. The service was fantastic as well - friendly, calm, organized and reliable. Just right. I loved the thin noodles. The salad was ok but my husband enjoyed it. The chicken skillet with bruschetta was AMAZING! Very generous portions. The sauce was so flavorful. I added mushrooms and best mushrooms ever! The spinach was a little salty but great! And the bruschetta mixed was a wonderful mix! I truly did love it. The calamari was okay but not my thing. The pasta was amazing! And all homemade. My husband liked the calamari but didn’t realize it wasn’t breaded. The cookie and Ice cream were great! I liked the cheesecake! Very light! Highly recommend and would come back. Service was wonderful and I enjoyed how they spaced out the food.“

“My husband and I love Primavera. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner of 65 people here in June 2025 and the owner/chef, along with all the staff were so friendly & accommodating. Guests from our rehearsal dinner still talk about the meals they had that night and the amazing atmosphere of the restaurant.

My husband and I now try to go to Primavera at least once a month as a date night and the staff still remember us and are so attentive. The food is very delicious and the different specials each night you can tell are thought of with intention and care. We highly recommend if you want a date night there or a private party!“

“Wow!!!Today was my daughter's high school graduation and we had an amazing time at the restaurant. We had reserved the private room for 18 guests. The staff was wonderful! The menu is classic Italian but with a twist — way more interesting than your standard North Jersey Italian spot. The ossobuco was fantastic (if I had to nitpick, I’d say the risotto could’ve used a touch less water and a heavier hand with the parm). The clams were fresh and baked to perfection, and my son devoured his ravioli. For dessert, the bread pudding was absolutely unreal — honestly worth the trip alone.

The sauce is also fantastic, well seasoned and flavorful! If you like spicy food, their muscles are a must try and they serve them with a fresh hot home baked bread, you can’t stop eating it! Their zucchini fritters are light and crisp like potato chips and not greasy at all and served with light lemony humus! If you haven’t eaten there yet, it’s a must! You won’t be disappointed!“
