Brisket is absolutely amazing
Drove 37 miles to try this place and was not disappointed. We got the hot cho and cholander sandwiches for lunch and they were so good we had to trade bites. Already planning another drive down to try a bunch of the dinner options 😎

Kimchi Smoke is a low key, local operation that serves authentic bbq and great Korean food. The owner is super friendly and always provides great flavor and friendly service. The brisket is delicious, very flavorful, and melts in the mouth. Brisket tacos are a real flavor explosion with just enough heat. The pork belly bun is also loved by customers. Sides like kimchi and fresh slaw are perfect. The pork in the cholander fries is super juicy, and the seasoned fries are delicious. Meat is amazing, super moist, with plenty of portion size. Food comes out fast. A great spot located in the heart of Ridgewood with street metered parking.
