A strip-mall place with surprisingly good food! Not great ambience but attentive and gracious staff. The yellowtail with jalapeño sauce was excellent. Good sake menu as well. Would definitely go again!
Amazing sushi! Really delicious, but service not that good, our waitress was obviously in a bad mood and when we were done and gave her the tip she came back asking for more, that has never happened to me before, and when I gave her extra money she brought me short change, she tried to keep more tip for herself. Long story short, order delivery

Still a great place. I continue to order takeout here a couple times per month for the basic sushi fix. They're a good value, quality is good and their steak teriyaki is an excellent portion for the price. My kids continue to order that every time. It's a good cut of steak and almost always cooked to perfection. I bumped my rating up to five stars now because I think Koi21 is a great value.
