Service is always very quick. Food is usually very hot and for fast food it’s a step above the rest.
Visited Ramsey restaurant last September. Staff were very accommodating and friendly!
Food was great, but Id change the layout to allow for more indoor seating.

Chick-fil-A is a restaurant known for its delicious food and generally nice service. The manager runs a tight ship, as shown by the cleanliness of the restrooms and the attention to detail in the restaurant. The drive-thru can get hectic during rush hour, resembling a scene from Mad Max, but customers generally enjoy the food and quick service. While the employees provide service as if there is a profit-sharing program in place, there have been occasional issues with order accuracy. The dining room is split in two, with about 60% of the seating outside under a veranda, which is nice during warmer weather. However, many customers wish for more indoor seating, especially since the location is in a part of the country where the weather can be cold for much of the year. Despite these minor issues, Chick-fil-A remains a favorite for a fast and tasty meal, with a great outdoor seating area to relax and enjoy food.
