Food is always good but service is lacking. Atmosphere looks nice but cramped inside and garbage cans need to be changed more often.
Wonderful place, wonderful food, wonderful staff. My one note is that occasionally at rush hour the drive through turns into a scene from Mad Max as two soccer mom vans duke it out for chicken nuggets.
Always delicious food and nice service. They used to be super friendly, now they are a little less. Order takes are good but the drive thru people very fast and friendly.

I went to this chic fil a last night and Jared at the front definitely needs a raise!! he went above and beyond in greeting my boyfriend and i and asking us how we were and where we were from etc when all the sudden my water broke!! there was no time and he actually laid me up on the counter and completely shut down the inside of the chic fil a and helped me deliver my baby! 10 out of 10 experience and i will be having my babies at chic fil a from now on but only if Jared is there! again he needs a raise!

Well organized chaos. The food is above average for fast food.
Good service very organized but the actual indoor part of the restaurant is tiny. If you are going as a very large group and want to sit inside I would call ahead. There is outdoor seating but not ideal IMO. This is the first Chick-fil-A that I have been in that was set up that way. Not sure if this is a new restaurant configuration but it has a very closed in customer area not a fan.

Today, I came to Chicken Fila to pick up an order for delivery. They asked me to confirm that I received the order, but I always do that! It doesn't happen everywhere; it usually occurs in areas with high crime rates or due to incompetence and depends on the neighborhood. But it's not the first time such a thing has happened to me here at Chicken Fila. They are behaving completely unethically and unprofessionally. They think we are thieves. They should thank us for delivering food to their customers. Perhaps they engage in such practices themselves and assume we do too. This is not professional at all. They hire employees who don't know how to work professionally. Take an example from Panera Bread, where they work professionally. At Panera Bread, you don't even interact with the establishment's staff; you simply come and pick up your order from the shelf.
