“Stefan the new chef has a wonderful restaurant here with fantastic delicacies to choose from. Standouts are his Tuna sushi on rice cakes with caviar. Amazing. Also the steak frites with truffle fries and the tuna carpaccio...just wow. Stefan also had a delicious tapas served as appetizers a few weeks ago with anchovies and other types of seafood served on toasted baguettes. He is friendly and engaging and a great addition to the Ho-Ho-Kus dining scene. Bought St Eves from the previous owners about 2 years ago. Go and Enjoy!“

“Albert’s’s has been a go to favorite for many years and Albert is an excellent host. The food never disappoints and the service is always great. I recommend Albert’s HoHokus whole heartedly.“

“First time their! Food was amazing. The short ribs melted in your mouth!. The arugula salad with hearts of palm and fresh cheese was delicious! The strawberry shortcake made in a tall glass was so creative and delicious! Can’t wait to go back! The service was excellent!“

“The dining experience was excellent. However, do not bring your own birthday cake. Because the restaurant will charge you $2.75 per person to slice it. I find this obnoxious and unnecessary as a charge to their customers. The manager, I spoke to, “Junior“ was most disagreeable and clearly did not know how to work with customers who were having a large party for an event. I paid a lot of money for that birthday cake and we spent quite a bit of money there as well, but he would not budge which I was very put off by. So, in the future, understand that they will charge you 275 per person per slice. Maybe not the best place to go for a birthday celebration. I know I will not be returning for that kind of event again.“

“I’ve had the pleasure of having Kim as my bartender and she’s the absolute best there is. Very personable , knowledgeable of what to have to eat or drink and just the best at what she does . Her experience behind the bar should never go unnoticed. I’ve been coming here for over a decade and she’s always stood out among anyone else back there.“

“We threw a drop-in Buffet dinner for family and friends at Houlihans for 30 to 35 people. The room is spacious and accommodated everyone comfortably. Our server Eileen was excellent and the food was delicious. Michelle who assisted with the catering was very detail oriented and help me plan a great event. Sebastian the manager as extremely gracious and helped ensure our guests were taken care of. I would definitely do it again and highly recommend..“

“Love the place, food, environment, staff etc. Victor and Evan do a great job keeping GRI an inviting (and growing) restaurant with that small mom pop family feel. Throughout the years I have had many events and parties here including my businesses annual Christmas party. A lot of places you do not get to meet the owner of the family business. Evan and Victor are always checking up on guests, on the floor, delivering food, chatting it up, and being a part of the dining experience.“

“I have been coming to Munno’s for over 22 years. I have never had better penne vodka and I travel extensively gobbling up food in different states and in Europe. The staff is always friendly and willing to take an order for a tray of penne vodka to be ready for us the same day. My family is now obsessed with Munno’s as well!“

“Wait staff was friendly and you were not pushed to finish dinner. We had the shrimp po' boy and the grilled ribeye open face steak sandwich. I asked for my French fries to be extra crispy and they were delicious. After driving for almost 5 hours, sitting in rush hour traffic and construction, this diner made our day and on a really great note.“

“I already enjoyed going to this place but stopped sitting by the bar because one of the bartenders wasn’t so friendly so when ever I go my group just sits at a table. Went in on Sunday with some friends and decided to give the bar seating another shot. So glad I did because we got Amber and she was a DOLL!! Amber recommend a great drink off the new Spring menu and it was 10/10.I will definitely start sitting at the bar again when ever she’s working.“

“Louie's On The Avenue has been our favorite local restaurant for years ..however last Friday Stephanie and her team knocked it out of the park! with 24 hours notice, they helped plan, decorate, cater and Host our impromptu wedding. It was fantastic. the decorations, the signature drinks, delicious apps, brilliant wait service and overall atmosphere was unbeatable! “We dined at Robert’s for the first time. We were celebrating a relative’s birthday. The food was outrageous! The appetizers were amazing as were all of the entrees. I had chicken stuffed with mushrooms and I can honestly say that it was the best chicken I have ever eaten. The portions were plentiful. We had a large selection of desserts to choose from at the end of the meal. I chose one particular dessert but before mine came out, I asked if I could exchange it for one that someone in our party had in front of her. No problem. They accommodated me and it was beyond delicious. Also, the staff was very attentive during our whole meal. They could not have been any better. The only negative was the fact that there was also another birthday celebration going on at the same time and it was so noisy that we couldn’t hear each other talk. Despite that, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this fabulous restaurant.“
