Her experience behind the bar should never go unnoticed. I’ve been coming here for over a decade and she’s always stood out among anyone else back there.“

“We went here to celebrate our anniversary and they made our dinner feel special by having a chalkboard sign wishing us a happy anniversary for our table. We were also given an anniversary card with a coupon to get a free app on our next visit. The food was really good and filled you without making you feel overstuffed. Our waitress Deborah was kind and attentive too!“

“I like Applebee's, but unfortunately after the one which was closer to us was closed after the Covid, I didn't have many occasions to dine there. Recently, while in Paramus I and my wife walked into the Fashion Center location and to our surprise we were seated promptly. The food was superb and prices were also comparatively cheaper at this location. We were so happy we will go again. Keep up the good job!“

“We stopped in a round 1:00 pm and were seated immediately. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. We ordered the turkey biscuits and gravy, the salmon frittata, the chickichanga, and a soup sandwich combo. Our server was amazing and checked in on us just enough.“

“First time entering this location actually, the waitress Lakaiya I believe that was her name was very nice and helpful, food and service was great, and of course, my favorite appetizers are the "Cheddar Bay Biscuits" now, as for the ambience and overall environment of the restaurant, it has a low key vibe and very inviting, has a warm feel to it, the waiters and waitresses try their best to provide their services for their customers, as well as the chefs that cook and prepare their food, I do recommend this location though, I also like the music selection on the radio's overhead, nicely done...“

“We've eaten here dozens of times. The food has always been consistently good. Last trip and today it was just mediocre. Our granddaughters both ordered grilled cheese. Both plates were dry toast with mostly un-melted cheese slices.
The waiter never came to ask how our food was. (No. It wasn't especially busy.) We pointed out the sandwiches when he brought the check. And he literally shrugged.
Very disappointing.“
