“This is doubtless one of the coolest place in the neighborhood. Anytime I go there I am extremely pleased. They maintain their very high level service and the topmost level of cooking they offer. You are always happy with this place. Very recommended.“
“Delicious food, uniform and consistent as with many a chain restaurant. Moist chicken sandwich, crisp krinkle fries, and a delectable vanilla milkshake, creamy and cool. The distinguishing characteristic of this particular location is the service. I dined in and when my meal was brought to the table a distinguished gentleman with impeccable taste in body art casually put the tray down and with a smile said something to the effect of "Hey man, this [food] was made with love for you, hope it brightens your day." The neon sign adorning the store says "Stand for something good." I'd like to think that while corporate's interior decorators meant that as a testament to the quality of their cuisine, this employee adopted it as a personal mantra, one to be manifested in all encounters. Also, in the event good seating is the defining characteristic in your search for culinary experiences, the bench booths are comfortable, while still surprisingly helpful for your posture.“
“We had time to kill before our flight back to Florida so might as well do some Christmas shopping with no sales tax here at the mall. The four of us decided to have a nice bite before we left and decided on the Rotunda on the top of the shopping plaza. Nice quick, happy, service by Jamie, who was all smiles and gave us great attention!!! I had the Neiman cheeseburger which was very good!!! Juicy, grilled perfectly of medium temp, tasty with a nice portion of fries, a chicken salad sandwich which was big enough to share, a chicken and sun dried tomato on a grilled panini, and a chicken salad with orange soufflé . All four lunch dishes were a perfect hit my first time at a Neiman Marcus Rotunda rest and will not be my last!!! Nice Christmas decor all over, nice clean roomy rest. And great service!!! “I ordered bone-in chicken wings, and my date ordered boneless wings. It was not until after we ordered our food did we come to find out that there was an all-you-can-eat boneless wings special. The bartender (a blonde-haired woman) stated, in substance, it was not their job to inform customers of any specials and that there were commercials advertising the special on T.V. I thought that was a poor answer and a cop-out. I put that right up there with a snotty hotel desk clerk telling me to set my alarm rather than him setting up a wake-up call for me. Every restaurant I have ever been to has informed customers of any food or drink specials. Why is Applebee's different? The food was excellent but the service was not 100% efficient. Customers need to be informed regarding any specials which are available, T.V. commercials or no T.V. commercials. This occurred between 8 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. on Monday, January 29th, 2024.Kid-friendliness: A family-friendly restaurant.“
“When we went, the place was rather slow, meaning there weren't that many people, but the food and the service was fabulous! It is rather on the expensive side as far as burger joints go, which is a definite downside when ordering for a family of 4-6 people. Other than that, I would definitely recommend coming here! Try the Mac and Cheese Burger!Parking: There were plenty of parking spaces in front of the restaurant, even though it is in a strip mall.Wheelchair accessibility: We parked right in front of the entrance. All of the parking spaces, handicap or not, were in front of the entrance to the restaurant.“
“Service was quick and easy. I ordered ahead on the app. The restaurant was clean including the restroom. I was surprised to find a very clean and good smelling restroom at a fast food restaurant. 5 stars for the clean restrooms. As for the food - It's wendys - the food was standard.“
