When we went, the place was rather slow, meaning there weren't that many people, but the food and the service was fabulous! It is rather on the expensive side as far as burger joints go, which is a definite downside when ordering for a family of 4-6 people. Other than that, I would definitely recommend coming here! One of the workers had a real bad attitude! Seemed to hate her job! An older black 45-55 idk? The guy at the cashier counter was extremely friendly and we actually had lil conversation. The food was awesome!

Went to Smashburger in the city and has an ok experience but today I came in and tried different items with a much better experience! Instead of the burger, I opted for the crispy chicken sandwich which was way better for me. Really crispy and was not salty. The fries were seasoned much better here and were hot.The strawberry shake has a very soft thin texture and was refreshing to drink after my meal. I'm glad I gave Smashburger another chance!
