They are doing great given the covid crisis, ordered here 4-5 times in the past 4 months and food is always great as take out. I think they can do a better job at crowd control and keeping people informed as they walk in wandering around looking for their order.... I Highly recommend this burger joint

This Shake Shake absolutely sucks. The first mobile/Covid-19 pickup sucked, because they gave me the wrong order (shame on me for not checking before leaving). After returning to get the correct order, the order was not complete. The food was NOT remade, but instead, the burgers were now 45 minutes old and tasted terrible. Five Guys does not have a fancy menu, but because they're more simple, they has less ability of screwing up the order.
