“My friends and I drove here from queens for Iftar. When we arrived we were told they were all booked and could not seat us. Once they heard we came all this way from NY they called us back and went to make extra chairs just so they can make some space for us to eat! Really appreciated their accommodations for us. The place was packed and roo Afzal water was passed around for Iftar. You order your food at the front register and they bring the food to your table. Both the hangry burger and gappa chaat were really good. Definitely recommend.“

“My wife and I visited Handcraft Burgers and Brews for my birthday this past weekend. As soon as my wife opened the menu she knew that I was going to have to try the burger of the month which was a peanut butter and grape jelly topped hamburger with jalapenos, bacon and cheese. Admittedly I have never had peanut butter and jelly on a burger before but I figured I would try something new and see what all of the hype was about. Turns out, I loved it! Every bite was so flavorful and completely made my birthday lunch a worthwhile venture! We also tried the tater tots, because who doesn't love a good tater tot. We could have chosen from multiple dipping sauces but we decided to go with the garlic aioli and I am glad we did. I dipped each of my tater tots in the sauce and there was plenty for both of us to share. We were helped by Vanessa at the restaurant and she was very accommodating when I was having trouble using a coupon that I had for my birthday. All in all this was a wonderful choice for my birthday lunch and when we are in the area again I would definitely stop by and perhaps try the latest burger of the month along with some tater tots and garlic aioli dipping sauce of course!“
“This place would have been good, except they forced me to pay cash because my male companion used a credit card for his bill. I would have gladly just paid a credit card fee myself for the separate checks. I thought it was super odd they assumed we were together, and should be paying for both on one card, and figure it out later. Coworkers (many people) need to be able to pay separately for a variety of reasons even if they sit at the same table. It would have been nice to be informed about this upfront so we could have prepared, and avoided an awkward checkout. Service was fantastic, the food was what you'd expect for a quick breakfast bite. I still don't understand why they can't pass on two cc fees to two separate customers. I would have chalked it up to an NYC thing, but no other restaurants treated payment like that. It felt like our payment was a huge inconvenience to them and the food definitely wasn't worth the hassle.“

Not only is it one the best names in restaurant history, it is one of the best burgers I've had nationwide. What really stood out was their choice of exotic meats. You can choose from alligator sausage, kangaroo, bison, elk, camel and yak burgers and they even have wild boar tacos. The yak burger stood up to their claim that it is the best meat they offer. Never have I had such a flavorful burger. Who knew yak would be so delicious. The owner was not only the host but also the server and worked hard to make the experience memorable. It's always a pleasure to see an owner who cares enough to work the trenches to assure his diners leave happy and satisfied. Will definitely return as there is a plethora of menu options still to try. If you have a chance to stop by and try their burgers I suggest you do just that.“

“Great smash burger! The beef is fresh and juicy, perfectly crisped on the edges sealing in all of the juice. Cheese is melted, onions are chopped nicely and thin with sauce. They give you pickles on the side but I wouldn’t have minded it all being together. The buns a classic soft potato roll - minor suggestion would be to keep it out a little so that the buns are not cold. The fries are delicious too, curled and fried to perfection. “Walked in thinking it's an Irish bar, walked out having one of the best times ever at any bar. This is a gay bar on steroids but that's what makes it oh so better. I know what you straights are thinking, but this place is Uber welcoming of people from all walks of the road. Probably one of my most favorite random bars of all time. I had the 10pc bloom drumsticks half w/Soy Garlic and the other half in S.O.S. Korean Spicy. I would even go as far as saying any of the sauces are worth a parking ticket. I was also super impressed with the size of the drumsticks! I was full after just 4, and thankfully, otherwise I would have been tempted to eat my napkin just to relish the flavor. I'm also grateful I arrived with family, since they ordered additional items, like the bloom wings, truffle fries, pork dumplings, and wasabi coleslaw. I got to try almost everything and nothing disappointed...not one thing. Thank you for offering to provide me my order as it became available for the members of my family vs. waiting for all of it to finish, that was very considerate of you and unexpected. I saw how polite you were to everyone that entered to order and for pick-up. We waited a little less than 25 minutes for the order to be complete and considering the size of our order, that was impressively fast! It was perfect for those who hate wind, bugs, heat, or cold, but do enjoy fresh air. Everything we ordered had potato: baked, mashed, and souped. It's very hard to resist a Potato & Leek soup or a Shepherd's pie at an Irish pub, even when there's a brunch menu available. This was a tough one. I made a last minute decision not to get the Irish breakfast and a last second decision not to get the Fish & Chips. Instead, I got a seared salmon with vegetables and mashed potato, but thought about those Fish & Chips the whole time. The salmon was crisp and seasoned with delicious capers. It made me feel like I made a healthy decision, but darn, the fomo. I will simply have to come back.“
