50 Best Burger Restaurants near River Edge

“The River Edge Habit rocks!!! They are always kind & helpful, especially when you need help with allergen info. Also, they support positive community organizations like the public library, public schools, and the Girl Scouts. I cannot say enough about the great food, service, and the kindness that comes through their words and actions as well as the way they pay forward their profits to benefit others who are also trying to do good in this world. Thank you so much!!!! These were the outstanding employees I interacted with today… they’re awesome!!! James Sheries Michelle“

“Manager and crew were Wonderful ! Food was good! The big Mac could have been hotter ! But I enjoyed my visit ! This McDonald's is run very well !“

“awesome fresh and flavorful food with fast and friendly service.“

“Great service and good. We will be visiting this place again ! They should franchise in Australia! 😜“

“So I just had iftaar with their tikka paratha roll that I had got last Sunday evening. It just tasted so good even though I ate it cold straight from the fridge. 😊 It didn't taste as good when I had ordered it on site. Then, without me even asking for anything, they remade it and gave it to me to take it home with me even though I had told them I was full. 😊😊 The largest portions I have ever seen anywhere, good food, clean, best interior and decor, excellent service. I have yet to see a BETTER or even equally nice place in NYC. 🤍 Jo baat hay. Food makes/breaks the mood.“

“I was there this past weekend. It was my third time there and i have to say food was exceptional like always. Service was great. Everyone greeted me when i walked in and my server Genesis was great at describing the Menu and had a great attitude like always.
I Will definitely come back“

“The best burger I have had in years. You can visit this spot.“

“Great french fries and great chicken sandwich and your burgers are good too and your sauce great job Matt a good job on your cookies“

“Had lunch yesterday, absolutely delicious! Our waitress, Raven explained daily lunch 2-course specials and drink discount. This sweetened the deal. I’m telling everyone I know about Shannon Rose. Definitely coming back every chance I get!“

“Some of the best burgers and staff. Delicious fries. What a great environment inside. My family highly suggests bun buddies“

“There were some stains on our table and we had to ask for it to be cleaned so it might put off some people but other than that everything was good, especially their double smash burger. The meat was perfectly cooked and the sauce is amazing, making the burger really juicy.“

“Went to slap burger with my family, came from New York and stopped to try for the first time, hammad was more than amazing and so was the food. He even gave some extra food to go. Now that’s what I call top tier service, if he’s not a manager they need to seriously consider making him one. 🫶🏾“

“My friend and I stopped by for the first time, and we were so impressed! The burgers and fries were absolutely delicious, the customer service was wonderful, and you can truly taste the quality in the food. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Definitely a 10/10—we’ll be back!“

“I'm very impressed. I believe this is the best burger chain in the area. The burger concepts are tasty, and they don't go cheap on the meat. You can really taste the quality. Also, I enjoyed the friendly attitude of the father and son (presumably) who operate the place. A friendly attitude and good service is a great compliment to great food. For this reason, I am leaving a 5 star review. If you're looking for a good burger, I would come here.“

“great tasting burgers eat well“

“Great late night place to grab a bite.“

“Great food and friendly service😋“

“Not sure why negative comments , I have been coming here for a couple weeks now and the food is amazing and fresh they even make the buns fresh. My favorite is the grilled chicken sandwich. The staff is also very nice“

“Great fried chicken !!! highly recommend !“

“I couldn’t get a picture of anyone’s food since we all dug in right away but the food here is amazing! We had their Birria tacos, a steak meal and a steak fajitas meal—chef’s kiss! They were very kind, welcoming and family oriented here. The place is small, I will say, it’s way smaller than I expected but nonetheless, we were quickly seated and the music was good the entire time. This was a memorable experience , thank you!“

“I ate a really good hamburger here for the price of a fast food hamburger. Please support local small businesses. This is a cash-only place with an ATM available.“

“To be completely honest, Jimbos makes a better burger but I wasn’t dissatisfied from this place. Maybe my expectations were just too high but the burger and fries were just okay. Im glad I tried it at least once especially with all the hype behind it but theres nothing to go wild about here. Also I think they need something else on the menu as well. But the staff were nice and the establishment was clean and neat. The end“

“One of my favorite dishes is the chilli. However they neglect to fish out all the dried bay leaves. The failure to fish out the bay leaves is a choking hazard. This is the third time I've brought this to the attention of GrubHub and Dyckman Dogs.“

“Good price and quality. I always order it with the sauce on the side and one time they forgot the sauce and it still tasted amazing without sauce. I often order it without sauce now lol. Other places drench everything in sauce to mask the taste of low quality meat but not here. The meat is great quality and very flavorful on its own.“

“Amazing and tasty food!! Great service and great prices! High quality meats and chicken, all halal, with proper certificates!“

“Popped in after our son’s soccer game. All our meals were fresh and exactly how we wanted! The food was delicious and prices were spot on. Thank you, Paul. We will absolutely be back.“

“saw this place while just browsing for nearby restaurants the other day; decided to order delivery and try it out and wow! what can i say? the food is so delicious, burger buns were soft, pickles were fresh and the sauce is amazing. the loaded fries aswell, super yummy and saucy! everything was enjoyable and i’ll definitely be ordering from here again. 💕“

“We’ve been obsessed with this place for the past couple months, the food is amazing I highly recommend it! The salito fries, cheesesteak and the mixed platters are my forever go to! If you’re ever close to this place please check it out!! ❤️“

“The burgers are fresh and delicious. The service is fast and polite. Definitely my go to place for burgers and amazing fries!“

“Went there today for the first time with my wife, I had the 10 West burger, so delicious, cooked perfectly and the burger was huge, just the right number of toppings and the bacon jam hit it out of the park. The sweet potato fries were excellent and enough for two people. The chips that come with the burger were also good. My wife had the regular burger with no cheese and an order of regular fries. She really enjoyed it and said it was cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly, the owner, Mel, greeted us, took our order and chatted with us while our order was being prepared. We were given a little disc that lit up and vibrated when the order was ready to be picked up at the counter. One of the best burgers around! A little pricy, but definitely worth it! We'll be going back for another delicious mouthwatering experience!“

“Me and my boyfriend ordered a chicken slider combo; it comes with two sliders, fries, and a drink for only 7.99 and you can add an extra soda for a dollar and some change! As well as some mozzarella sticks, everything was fresh and tasty ! Would definitely come back and recommend!“

“Its pretty apparent the management care about the restaurant here. First time here, friendly staff, asked me to fill out their survey so clearly they want high marks from the higher ups and they run it like such.
So yeah, its a good visit!“

“If you're in Hackensack and craving a burger, Marty’s is the spot. It's easily my favorite burger spot. The ingredients are always fresh, the staff is genuinely friendly, and the burgers are consistently delicious every single time. On top of that, the prices are more than fair, which is getting harder to find these days. Simply put: Marty's absolutely rules“

“Service was amazing, we walked in and seats were available and our server was friendly and helped us with ordering. We ordered burgers, fries, and dessert. Everything tasted great and fresh. Will always come here to eat and recommend to our friends and family.“

“The food is incredible and always Franky made. Really good comfort food!“

“great food and great prices“

“Usually leave this place stuff. Great food. What else could you want.“

“7th Street Burger was SO good! The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and the fries were crispy and seasoned just right. Everything tasted fresh and the portions were really good. The food came out quickly, and the whole experience was great. Definitely a spot I’d come back to — 10/10!“

“Found this place within walking distance of HUMC. It was very small, but clean, more importantly the food was very good! The Wings were on the larger side, while the mozz sticks and corn sides were great. Only drawback was the limited seating area, but the food was good enough to take “To Go”!“

“Noah Manny and Christina great people great experience fantastic food well recommended“

“Good local addition. Not the best pictures, but the food was excellent. Large portions, basmati rice was fluffy and proteins cooked perfectly. Ordered wings plain because I wanted to taste before being dressed, wings are okay on its own but the sauce is necessary. The sauce included on the side reminded me of Raising Cane. Butter chicken was excellent though for some folks, it is slightly spicy. Easy ordering and quick. Highly recommend and will need to try burgers and chicken sandwich next!“

“Very professional service great food“

“Really tasty hamburger! I will go back for sure Good service and clean place“

“Been eating Mo's burgers since age 12 and I'm 51 today. He makes the best burgers ever. Unfortunately after 40yrs of service he will be retiring on Oct 2026. Truly a humble down to earth sweet heart of a man and us Harlem Nites love and appreciate him, thank you for your service Mo.“

“GET. TO. THIS. TRUCK! For real, Jonathan will get you some amazing smash burgers! Complete with the Holy Grail sauce. It's so good that I wish I could buy a gallon to bring back to Minnesota with me! Jonathan was awesome, too. He took the time to shoot the breeze with me (clearly a tourist) and made it seem like listening to me was the most important thing he could do. If you see this truck, make the stop!“

“We have frequented this location many times, but today a team member went above and beyond! Adonny was at the front ready and waiting to assist us, he was thorough and friendly! He also was the first one to ever tell us that our kids eat free on Wednesdays with a purchase of a regular meal!! We never knew that but really appreciated him telling us, as we took advantage! Will definitely keep coming back!“

“Great food and friendly team“

“Food is super fresh and the owner is so nice and you can tell he takes pride in his food. Never had baliada before Mi Sabor and definitely a fan!“
