GET. TO. THIS. TRUCK! For real, Jonathan will get you some amazing smash burgers! Complete with the Holy Grail sauce. It's so good that I wish I could buy a gallon to bring back to Minnesota with me! Jonathan was awesome, too. He took the time to shoot the breeze with me (clearly a tourist) and made it seem like listening to me was the most important thing he could do. If you see this truck, make the stop!

I took a quick walk here one day after looking for burger spots near me, and when I say this place is absolute peak, I MEAN IT! The burgers are great, I love the chicken sandwich, and that glizzy is made with very high quality meat. And no order is complete without the beer cheese fries. If you don't order those, you're missing out.
