From the moment we contacted them through their website, they were professional, prompt, and friendly.We invited them for our annual Black Student Social which is a fall semester welcome program. The staff were kind and worked quickly to serve over 200 students. Our students were happy with their tacos and burritos. The owner was very accommodating and met all of our needs.Administratively, I was very impressed with Bro-Ritos. We made A LOT of requests and changes and had to work through the nuances of getting a new vendor approved, but Bro-Ritos was always responsive and on top of it. “Found this place within walking distance of HUMC. It was very small, but clean, more importantly the food was very good! The Wings were on the larger side, while the mozz sticks and corn sides were great. Only drawback was the limited seating area, but the food was good enough to take “To Go”!“

I also really like how much variety they have. You can get everything from classic and specialty pizzas to creative burgers, sandwiches, pasta, and even Mexican-inspired options like birria tacos. It’s a great place when everyone in the group is craving something different.

The owner is a pleasure to talk to every time I come in. I always enjoy our conversations, and it’s clear that there’s a lot of pride and personality behind the restaurant.

“Just found it on the way to our hotel when we stop at dominoes pizza ,so I just enter the restaurant and order burns road chutney paratha roll and mayo garlic roll and falooda for me and my husband. And don’t regret at all . Amazing food. And having authentic falooda after so long. I must say falooda was actually the hit better than Toronto. (We are visiting newyork from toronto.) very near by to our uncle’s home. So we will definitely stop by next visit to newyork for falooda for sure.“

“We had the best time on Saturday 09/26/26 celebrating my sister's 40th birthday! We called in advance and asked if our party of 6 ladies could sit in the largest corner booth. The manager kindly said yes:) We brought our own decorations, a few balloons, favors, cake and silver mini glitter cowboy party hats. The staff was very patient while it took us a few minutes to set up the table. Thankfully it wasn't too busy at 1pm in the afternoon.
*Thanks to our wonderful server Steve for making our time there a memorable one!!! He is such a friendly, personable and fun server, it was a pleasure to see. He went above & beyond, checked on us often and always made sure we had everything we needed. He even wore one of our mini hats the whole time LOL, and took a group selfie with us:). Definitely the best server we've had in our 20 years of going there. And then a large staff of servers and managers came out to sing Happy Birthday to my sister, which she really enjoyed! Our experience on that day was awesome and I hope to come back again to celebrate another event soon.“

“I was impressed! We went through the drive-thru, and my partner had to wait a few minutes for his Quarter Pounder meal. So we pulled over in the parking spot.
When they brought his food out, the employee came with an ENTIRE basket of sauces for him to choose from! I actually had to take a picture because I had never seen that before. I was impressed!

The drive-thru staff was also very friendly and welcoming. From what I could see inside, the restaurant looks newly built, very clean, and well maintained.
