The lady seemed a bit moody but I won't rate your business off of a worker I'll rate it base off the quality of food. Everyone is going through stuff so don't want the business to get a bad rating because of someone who works there. Will return!“

“I had such a wonderful experience at Royale. First it has an awesome bar and restaurant indoors and the space outdoors is beautifully decorated. I have celiac disease and they had the most delicious gluten free nachos (made on site) ever! They were perfect. I was so happy I could have them and they were excellent! Great atmosphere and food! “Came in from out of town for vacation, knew I had to go here . I was not disappointed. The burger was delicious, the ingredients were fresh, and the staff was friendly and fast. I Had a party of 7 people with me and saw a line out the door. Within seconds an employee saw my party and came out and told me that line was for counter seating and there was seating in the back for semi large parties. Seating is first come first serve. Was seated in 15 minutes. Saw ( GM ) walk outside for a break. Just overall a cool experience. I got a double OK onion burger and a smash burger with fries . Unfortunately the soda machine was broken. But the lemonade turned out fantastic. I wish we had one in Columbus.“

“If you are celiac and want a good burger in NYC, this is the place for you. Food here is amazing. We came here twice during our visit, takeout the first time, and ate at the restaurant the second.

“For Vegan Food and items you have to take it as they are. These burgers and fries surpass all of those expectations. The sauces on the burger compliment the Beyond meat so well. The fries and shakes together make an amazing savory/sweet combo. This store changed my mind about vegan items that replicate meat. Though the items are pricey, it’s definitely a worth going to if you are vegan and are looking for alternatives. Not only will you be served great vegan food but you’ll also have amazing service with customer service which surpasses expectations. “So I just had iftaar with their tikka paratha roll that I had got last Sunday evening. It just tasted so good even though I ate it cold straight from the fridge. 😊 It didn't taste as good when I had ordered it on site. Then, without me even asking for anything, they remade it and gave it to me to take it home with me even though I had told them I was full. 😊😊 The largest portions I have ever seen anywhere, good food, clean, best interior and decor, excellent service. I literally turned to my husband and told him “this is the kinda service I like” thoughtful friendly warm bartenders who spark convo, and answer every question. Such a good atmosphere and good music. Every song I was like…. Omg…. Love that song. I didn’t know what to expect, I try to avoid spots with bars or interiors that are overly beautiful when I’m hangry lol. I find the food usually doesn’t hit, since some places typically focus more on drinks, but I was pleasantly surprised.

The food was so thoughtfully made. I had the best BLT, small details in prep, like perfectly shredded lettuce and sliced tomato’s really can make or break a sandwich. My husband loved his burger and the fries were so crispy and good. Typical city prices, and the atmosphere makes you wanna stay awhile so it’s worth it to me. Beautiful during the day but next time im gonna come later in the day I can enjoy the deep rich atmosphere they carefully curated. So so beautiful.“

“My wife and I visited Handcraft Burgers and Brews for my birthday this past weekend. As soon as my wife opened the menu she knew that I was going to have to try the burger of the month which was a peanut butter and grape jelly topped hamburger with jalapenos, bacon and cheese. Admittedly I have never had peanut butter and jelly on a burger before but I figured I would try something new and see what all of the hype was about. Turns out, I loved it! Every bite was so flavorful and completely made my birthday lunch a worthwhile venture! We also tried the tater tots, because who doesn't love a good tater tot. We could have chosen from multiple dipping sauces but we decided to go with the garlic aioli and I am glad we did. I dipped each of my tater tots in the sauce and there was plenty for both of us to share. We were helped by Vanessa at the restaurant and she was very accommodating when I was having trouble using a coupon that I had for my birthday. All in all this was a wonderful choice for my birthday lunch and when we are in the area again I would definitely stop by and perhaps try the latest burger of the month along with some tater tots and garlic aioli dipping sauce of course!“

“We ordered a burger for our dog who just turned 16. We put in a request and received a cute little writing from the staff. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming when I walked in to pick up. They even ensured that the burger was safe for the dog to eat and told me not to worry about 'my baby'. Right off the bat, I was impressed.

Needless to say, our dog devoured the entire thing and left not a single molecule of the burger in her bowl. We took some bites out of her burger since it was too big, and despite ordering a well-done burger with no seasonings or toppings (only American cheese), it was still very good! We will definitely find a time to go and sit down at this place. No wonder they are always busy!“

“I had a fantastic experience here recently. Everything was served in classic baskets lined with printed newsprint paper, which added such a fun and authentic touch to the meal.

The burger was cooked perfectly with a beautiful sear and plenty of melted cheese. The fries were golden and crisp, making them the ideal side. I will definitely be back soon.“

“By far the top cocktail bar in Hell’s Kitchen. I’ve been here for drinks with friends, corporate events, as well as date nights. There are multiple floors and plenty of seating area. Music is not loud so you can have a good conversation. My favorite spot is the martini room. Each area feels special and is separated enough to make it feel like you’re having your own private moment and not in a crowded bar in the middle of the city. They do a great job at making drinks and everything I’ve had, including the food has been top notch.“

“I had the lobster roll and it was fantastic. It’s obvious that the owner puts a lot of care into the ingredients that he uses. The lobster roll had fresh chives, tarragon, kewpie mayo, lemon - was top tier! The onion rings were also great. Overall nice chill spot with good food that’s reasonably prices. and a nice place to go after a night out bc its open until almost 5am!“
