“Cappuccino & service is amazing.“

“Nice spot for a coffee and pastries — cozy atmosphere and good quality overall. We got 2 beef empanadas which were tasty, though a bit pricey for what you get. Also tried the milanesa sandwich — the milanesa itself was good, but the sandwich was small for the price, and instead of adding more to make it heartier, they filled it out with potato chips. The 2 cortados were solid. Overall the food is good, but for the Hackensack area, it’s overpriced — portions don’t quite match what you’re paying.“

“This space is beautiful! The food is delightful. The best part of the whole experience, however, was the very sweet manager. I was the first customer of the day and she treated me with so much warmth and kindness. She made my drink with so much love. Can’t wait to return.“

“Great menu and quality food“

“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

“EXCELLENT SANDWICHES, GOOD COFFEE“

“This place isn't fancy at all. It is located inside an office building with a large window that overlooks the Fairleigh Dickinson University Hackensack campus. They serve absolutely delicious, mouth watering kosher dairy Mexican light foods and American style breakfast foods and salads. We've had many of the menu options and everything has been very good. Unfortunately, they close at 4PM Sunday through Friday (closed Saturdays and Jewish holidays) but it's worth hurrying there for an early dinner because the food is so consistently good. (The Oaxaca sopes are out of this world😋!) It's under the reliable hechsher of the RCBC (Rabbinical Council of Bergen County) and a mashgiach is on premises. The wait staff are all pleasant and helpful. It's a small place, so I'd recommend calling in advance for more than eight people. There is abundant parking on the street or in the parking lot across the street from the building. This is a handicap accessible venue.“

“We've had a frankly difficult few months and decided to treat ourselves to a proper night out and this place ended up being exactly what we needed. From the moment we walked in we felt looked after. The host greeted us warmly, our table was lovely, and the whole atmosphere just put us at ease. Our server picked up immediately on the kind of pace we wanted — slow, relaxed, no rush — and matched it perfectly throughout the evening. She made a couple of recommendations that turned out to be brilliant and never once made us feel hurried through any of the courses. The food was the kind that genuinely lifts your mood. Proper flavours, generous portions, beautifully presented but not so fussy that you can't just dive in. We shared a starter, had a main each, and finished with a dessert we absolutely shouldn't have had room for but somehow found space. Every plate was a winner. The wine was poured with proper care and the bill came at exactly the right moment, not before, not too long after. It was honest and very fair for the experience. We left feeling properly restored. A genuine pleasure of a place.“

“What can you say about Starbucks that hasn't been said already? I've been a fan for years. Been to them up and down the west coast, east coast, Canada, and all over the US. (I travel a lot.) What I love about Starbucks is that I will guarantee an exact order to my liking no matter where I go. When I take my gf or my mom there, they're guaranteed a tasty treat. This one, as all, are clean, full of good workers, some are exceptional, and the usual people ordering. I want the same everywhere I go and I get it. “I called Dunkin customer service today to retrieve an old receipt for accounting purposes. I was unaware it would be put in as a “complaint” for the location’s manager to address - so I’d like to come on here and say how absolutely incredible the staff is here. I come here almost every morning and they are always working hard and have great memory of the customers they consistently interact with. The staff I have been interacting with for years are always quick on their feet and very accommodating even during the busiest hours. The manager(s) are always calm yet diligent. Thank you to you all for always making mornings easier to get through!!! 🤍🧡🩷“
