I've only had about 4 experiences at a Starbucks and personally I feel it's super overrated and very expensive, But to each their own 🤷🏻♀
Staff is great.
Went into Starbucks yesterday (05/08/2026) for my usual drink and there was a small mix-up with my order. Jenelle (I may be misspelling her name) immediately stepped in with such a kind, can-do attitude. Even after I said I would keep the drink, she insisted on fixing it, let me keep the original so it wouldn’t go to waste, and even added a small gift card.

Starbucks Coffee Company is an improving location, no longer as chaotic and dirty as before. The new staff are pleasant, professional, and really kind, with sweet and helpful workers who can make someone's day. The drinks, like a shaken espresso, are enjoyed, and specific items such as the delicious falafel pocket are noted. However, the experience can be average, with long waits of 10-20 minutes to be seen, as the place is very busy during peak hours and seems more concerned with drive-ups than walk-ins. Orders are correct only half the time. The staff deal with difficult crowds, including grump hospital families and nasty hospital staff, so patience is requested. Despite inconsistencies, some customers find it an excellent stop and plan to return.
