Café Baires is a cozy and welcoming cafe that has become a favorite spot for many. The service is always impeccable, with staff who are very welcoming, friendly, and committed to giving customers the best experience. The space is beautiful, always lively, and feels like a true cafe, not just a place to buy coffee and leave. The food and coffee are great and fresh. Exceptional pastries are all made in house, delicious and not too sweet, as good as any top-rated bakery in New York or Paris. The strawberry matcha iced and hot cappuccino are liked, with the matcha tasting great and not sweet. The tostado is light and really tasty, and the milanesa sandwich is decent. While the double shot espresso was a bit burnt, and the prices can be a bit high, the relaxed mood and polite, attentive staff make it a place to return to often. Parking can be difficult due to location.
