“TL:DR - great food, cozy space, beverages are hit or miss depends what you get. 4 stars. David the barista is great! 58th st location.Details:Service 5/5 - shoutout to David for the exceptional customer service. super cramped in here but it's kind of cozy. They have wifi but it's super intimately spaced and I feel like I'm going to break my neck on those stairs, this place is short people friendly.Food: tastiest chicken Empanada I've had in awhile that isn't from the Criollos chain. It was juicy without being wet and flavorful. Wepa!!!!Drinks: my buddy got the Tres Leche and I had fomo because that thing was GOOOD. Drank half of hers lol. I got an iced Coquito latte because I'm a sweaty human even in winter and it helped regulate my temp but the taste was just OK. Her drink was hot and I was happy to sweat for it.Note: the iced drinks come in those clear bags with a straw like when Covid started allowing people to drink out of plastic bags from bars. We went to pick her kid up from tennis and I looked like an unhinged day drinker trying to relive spring break.Misc: Stopped by with a buddy to wait for tennis to let out over on 1st ave. Got a chicken Empanada, a Tres leche coffee and a coquito *flavored* latte. ( they have actual spirit infused stuff but i didn't get that).“

“When I travel, I try to find local places to eat. Basically, if it's a chain I can go to in my suburban Southern California town, I stay away. Seeing that the line was nearly out the door, I tried Broad Nosh Bagels. And I came back every morning of my trip. And I bought 4 bagels and a loaf of chocolate babka to bring home. First morning home, I've made French toast with the babka, and I never want to make it any other way with any other bread. I don't claim to be a bagel snob, but I know what is good, and these are DELICIOUS. Met the owner one morning, and he was so friendly and welcoming. I cannot wait to come back to my favorite city and have more of these bagels.“

The Women’s History wine flight they offer is not just unique but also a testament to their commitment to inclusivity and celebration of diversity in the wine world. And let's talk about their charcuterie boards—absolutely sublime! The selection of cheeses, dried fruit and nuts paired perfectly with the wines we chose. But what truly sets Mussette apart is the warmth and genuine passion of the staff. They made our evening unforgettable, offering insights and recommendations that enhanced our experience. “My two nieces and I popped in this morning on our way to the Natural History Museum. I’ll admit I was hesitant but thankfully I listened to my nieces! I had the avocado and eggs in a crepe, which was the best gluten-free sandwich I have ever had. Did not miss the bread at all. My 14 year old chose the Nutella crepe with banana and the 9 ounce Açaí bowl. Oldest selected one of the big bowls … it was a work of art. Highly recommend and we will be back on our next trip. All the best on your growth plans!“

“Went here last January on a friend's recommendation, mostly just for the sake of trying. Asked the server which cookie was the best-seller, and they recommended the Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie. It was huge! I was initially planning on eating only half of it take the rest home, but it was soon good that I finished it all without leaving the store! Would highly recommend!“

“This is a tiny little totally unassuming deli located off the beaten path on W 107th & Manhattan Ave that for some reason makes unanticipatedly excellent croissants.I grew up in Paris where you can find an excellent croissant for 0.90€ on every street corner. So when they try to sell me croissant for $5/ $6/ $7 here in New York, well, I tell them that’s an absurd price and I turn around and I walk out.Hakan sells these excellently executed croissants for $2.50/ each. Everything was as it properly should be: not dry or bread-like as is often the case here in the US; nice and properly buttery as it’s supposed to be; flaky on outside and doughy on inside as it’s supposed to be. An excellent croissant. Excited to try the other pastries! Hakan and his employee were great - super friendly and affable and offered me great service ?“

“I stumbled upon this cafe, lured in by the need for quality espresso to wake up from long flight, and let me tell you, it didn't disappoint. But, there was a moment that had me scratching my head. When I asked for a long shot, the staff seemed a bit lost, not quite sure what I was after. It took a kindly gentleman's guidance for them to get the hang of it. Watching this unfold, I couldn't help but wonder about the espresso lingo barrier in NYC cafes. Turns out, a long shot isn't as common as I thought in the city. Who knew? After a bit of back and forth, with the staff member checking in to see if he should keep the espresso flowing a bit longer, we got there in the end. And I've got to say, the result was worth the mini espresso education session. The long shot was bold, smooth, and had a depth of flavor that took me by surprise. It was a reminder of how a little patience can lead to some pretty delightful outcomes.Vegetarian options: I mean, most of snacks don’t involve meat.Dietary restrictions: Dairies should be opted for alternatives.Kid-friendliness: Hot chocolate and warm milk for you!Wheelchair accessibility: Very tight entry as well as the space. Might struggle to move around“

“The interior is very cute, but the space is too small for people to sit and eat coffee or bread.Personally, I recommend iced tiramisu latte because it is so delicious.Parking: There's a lot to say about this...After confirming that I could park for free inside the building, I went in and parked... but I couldn't enter the building itself, so I had to call someone when I went in, and when I went back to pick up my car, I had to call someone, but there was no response and there was no place to ask, so I had to drive directly into the basement. I walked down the street.“

“I went to the Crumbly Cafe & Bakery on Second Avenue this week for the first time. I ordered the feta and spinach bistro and it was one of the best baked goods I've had in a very long time. In addition, the wonderfully talented baker, Ms. Miriam and her lovely daughter, Mia, could not have been nicer and more welcoming. “Coffee and matcha were good! We also had a muffin and scone- both were bland and dry. I would skin the pastries. But the drinks were good. It's a small little hole in the wall place so I wouldn't say it's good for business meetings just because we didn't have a ton of space but it did the trick.“
