“Went to the brand new Houston location and things are a bit rocky with staffing and supplies but I want to brag on your employee CAMILLA ! We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. U had no idea that my Morning started out so crappy, and your sweet personality and loving spirit really turned my day around and the tres leches latte was AMAZING 🙌🏼🩷💯 yall go see them and be patient …..it’s worth the wait ❤️ side note… the whole place is decorated beautifully! I have been at two locations and I have ordered 4 times overall, it is just OK, I am not impressed by the taste of the coffee, there are much better coffees around on UES in terms of the taste. Also, I do not trust their good rating anymore after I felt being kinda pushed to give the best reviews and immediately - I do not like that and I believe many people did it on the spot. I did not particularly liked the food/snacks, it was ok.“

They had everything I love in a coffee shop; computer charging areas, all different types of coffee from espresso to drip to cold brew. Cold brew was smooth and flavorful. My gf and I ordered a slice of Banana Walnut Bread, Spearmint Hot Tea, Iced Passionfruit Black Tea and Kouign-amann. “Came in Friday afternoon looking for a quick coffee fix. It was around lunch time so most tables were taken, but since I was only ordering coffee I just grabbed a wall seat by the front. You order at the counter and then find a seat that’s open. I tried the maple cardamom latte and thought it was pretty good. It had a good hint of sweetness without being too overpowering. I haven’t tried any food items form them but would be open to in the future.“

“Across my one week stay in New York, this was the ONLY place in Manhattan that served me a latte that actually still tasted like coffee. Went to all the other trendy places hyped up on Tiktok and was extremely disappointed drinking watered down sugary coffee that tasted more like milk/syrup than actual coffee. It is just an added bonus that the place was so aesthetically pleasing. The blueberry yogurt loaf was also delicious. Sad that I only found this place on my second to the last day and will definitely return next time.“

“Went with wife and father. Wife had the Golden Cloud cold coffee was outstanding. I had the latte the flavor and temperature were perfect. My father had the Americano he said it was really good. My father and I had the Madeline which was excellent. The server was really efficient and friendly. The place is immaculately clean. “My husband and I made the long drive yesterday (2 1/2 hrs each way) from upstate NY to visit our daughter in NYC just for the day. While strolling around her neighborhood we came upon your lovely bakery and cafe and after eyeing the beautiful carrot cake in the window, we had to go in. Carrot cake is my favorite sweet treat. There were so many beautiful choices, but we got 2 slices of carrot cake to take back home with us. After the long drive back home we were really looking forward to a piece of cake and a cup of coffee. I opened one of the beautifully packed boxes, which revealed an enormous slice of yumminess!! The slice was big enough for at least 3 people. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Everything about this cake was phenomenal. The frosting was outstanding, the cake was so flavorful and moist. It was the best we’ve ever had. We have enough left for a few days. I’m so glad we stopped in. It was a great way to end our lovely day in the city and will most certainly go back on our next trek in . I will also have to get our daughter pick up some baked goods when she’s coming home for a visit. I highly recommend Crumbly Cafe & Bakery😊😊“

“We pulled off the highway for a coffee and stumbled upon this gem. The pastry menu is filled with unique items and great flavor combinations. I had the ube pan de sal and the Kashmir cardamom latte with oat milk. I absolutely love both! The location seemed surprising at first, it’s located in a larger office complex, but inside it feels comfortable with warm lighting and plenty of seating. They also sell records and prepared wraps and desserts. Check it out if you’re in the area! I will be sure to stop by next time I’m passing through.“
