Dunkin' provides inconsistent service, with some experiences being great and others being horrible. While some staff members are friendly and do their job perfectly, others may not meet expectations. The quality of drinks can vary, and some customers feel that the donuts are no longer fresh since they are now prepared in a warehouse and delivered to stores. Despite this, some customers continue to visit Dunkin'.
