COOKIE REVIEW: I had heard that Culture supposedly has one of the best chocolate chip cookies in NYC-fact or fiction? I had to see for myself....but since I was there I had to try more than one cookie: Oatmeal Cookie: definitely a really good oatmeal cookie that is nice and chewy and not overly sweet.
