Very knowledgeable staff throughout, for a perfect Italian breakfast. The bartender Desy is also good and speaks Italian very well. Top place, good food and clean environment. We will definitely be back.
The Charlotte Cafe is my favorite coffee shop in NYC! It’s my neighborhood hang where I’ll go to work, study, or catch up with friends. The coffee is consistently amazing, the food is delicious, and the baristas are exceedingly friendly!

This cafe is so lovely. I had the pleasure of Desi and Aida assisting me with my order. They made the most delicious soy chai with amazing foam. Their desserts were amazing as well. It was refreshing to be greeted with such positive and friendly energy in New York. I can't wait to come back when I am in the area.
