This cafe is so lovely. I had the pleasure of Desi and Aida assisting me with my order. They made the most delicious soy chai with amazing foam. Their desserts were amazing as well. It was refreshing to be greeted with such positive and friendly energy in New York. I can't wait to come back when I am in the area. Make sure to come to this cafe if you want a lovely experience and great food and drinks!

Charlotte Cafe is a beloved neighborhood spot on the UWS, known for its amazing coffee and pastries. The staff is friendly, inviting, and remembers regulars, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Customers enjoy some of the best unsweetened Iced Teas and delicious Feta + Tomato salad, along with hot coffees and Nutella muffins. The cafe serves excellent coffee, which is smooth and rich, and delicious pastries, including warmed croissant with butter. With both indoor and outdoor seating, including an enclosure right against the sidewalk perfect for people watching, it’s a great place to relax or study. The vibe can be mellow or bustling depending on the time of day but is always welcoming. The cafe takes pride in using real mugs and utensils to reduce waste, adding to its charm, and is a solid go-to for a laid-back space to work or chill.
