Very knowledgeable staff throughout, for a perfect Italian breakfast. The bartender Desy is also good and speaks Italian very well. Top place, good food and clean environment. We will definitely be back.

The Charlotte Cafe is my favorite coffee shop in NYC! It’s my neighborhood hang where I’ll go to work, study, or catch up with friends. The coffee is consistently amazing, the food is delicious, and the baristas are exceedingly friendly!

I love this cafe so much. I almost want to gatekeep it. It’s my favorite to go to and go bring others. Coffee is delicious and their desserts and croissant sandwiches are super tasty. Honestly everything I’ve tried here tasted great. The service is also really nice, the team is always friendly. Great place for customers to also get some work done if you need WiFi. 10/10 my favorite local coffee shop by far. I love sitting in the small outside area on a sunny day.
